you how you can relieve stress and anxiety from your life and actually
start to live in a state of what I call well-being peace and ease my name is

Prime and one of the biggest things that we work on with clients is how to get
their system out of a state of anxiety and worry because I don’t know about you
but I have not yet met a human being that when they’re in that state of worry
when they’re in a state of frustration and anger they go out and
produce excellent results if you look at your life you’ll probably notice that
the results the best results that you’ve produced have always come when you’re in
a state of well-being when you feel happy when you feel peace what do you
feel fulfilled so the real question is how do we do that
and one of the biggest components of having stress or overwhelmed or anxiety in
the system is something called resistance see the human mind has a
The funny thing is that it does it is constantly looking to protect us now it
doesn’t look to protect us from the immediate actions or immediate
circumstances that are happening you’ll probably notice that there are some
circumstance in your life right now that what your mind has done is created every
what if every shoulda every cut up and it’s already looking to plan ninety
seven steps ahead of where you are right now whether that’s getting in
or out of a relationship whether that’s taking some sort of step in your
business or maybe it’s even something with your spouse or kids you’ll notice
that the mind likes to create things for us to worry about
now how do we backtrack that because that will always lead to stress and anxiety
and worry the make-believe stories that the mind makes will always feel you
leaving frustrated angry overwhelmed so the first thing to understand is
inch-by-inch is a cinch yard by yard it’s hard meaning what if you actually
looked at just the one next action step that you can take because look at the
reality of life have you ever created a game plan so far out that everything’s
happened the way that you designed it Mike Tyson used to say everyone’s got a
game plan then they get punched in the face
the truth is that life happens to all of us no one’s got it figured out no one
has the answers to everything because life is constantly unfolding and it’s
sending us things that we don’t necessarily like I took a course one
time and someone said you know choose between vanilla and chocolate but life
doesn’t show up choose between vanilla and chocolate sometimes life just says
choose vanilla and you don’t like vanilla or sometimes even worse it says
choose cancer or choose being fired or choose losing a loved one now do you
have a choice and how these things unfold no you do however have a
choice in how you respond to these things and that’s worth going to work on
because that is what creates suffering that is what creates pain that is what
creates anxiety and stress and those things in your body are killers so you
want to go out and live this amazing life but if in your system there’s a
a constant state of anxiety and stress and being overwhelmed because you’re worried about
things that probably will never even occur because of your resistance to what is the
reason that you struggle if you could just bring yourself to a state of
accepting and realizing this is exactly my perfect life experience this
is exactly what I meant to experience because there’s some valuable
a monumentally valuable lesson in this for me look back at your life and you’ll
probably realize that your biggest hardships up until this day are the things
that were hardest for you to go through have been
the biggest blessings are in disguise now what if you can bring that awareness to
your current situation right now what if you could look at that and realize this
too is a gift this too will make me stronger and find the ability to think
and accept that exactly what is occurring in your life gets you back
into that state of well-being and then from there you’ll notice how much easier

Everyone, at some point, has run away from something difficult. It’s perfectly normal to want to run away when things get harder for you. It can feel overwhelming and impossible, like climbing over a mountain. But sometimes, to move forward, we have to figure out how to get through those difficult times. You certainly don’t have to do it alone. Find a support group that’ll be able to provide comfort, support, and strength for you. Some people can walk with you through this difficult time and help you to safely reach the other side of the mountain. Number four is exercise. Even though physical exercise is mostly for your physical benefit, it has mental benefits too. Physical exercise helps
you establish discipline. The discipline of the mind is necessary for developing your mental toughness because that helps you build consistency. When you’re steadfastly committed to building up your mental fortitude, negativity has a harder
time tripping you up. Regular exercise gives you a sense of routine, and consistency, and the added benefit of providing a healthy outlet for
your emotions and stress. Number five, learn how to lose gracefully. Despite how unpleasant it might be, failure can be the ultimate teacher. When you’re dealing with failure, sometimes the resulting anxiety and stress can weigh you down. This keeps you from
learning from your mistakes, whatever the lesson might be. Take the time to sit with your thoughts and work through the feelings
that you’re experiencing. Ask yourself, “What is the lesson here “and how do I move forward?” Once you’re able to take
accountability for yourself, it’s easier to move forward and not make those same
mistakes a second time. Number six, practice gratitude, even when you’re going
through a difficult season. Does it feel hard to be grateful, especially when you’re going through a difficult season in life? Sometimes it can be easier to focus on the negative
things around you. Practicing gratitude increases your overall
happiness, reduces depression, and helps you override
negative thought patterns. When you focus on what to be thankful for, you’ll find happiness and lightness take hold within your heart. Being grateful and having an open heart helps you to focus on
your goals and dreams so you can go forth and achieve them. And number seven, let go of
things you cannot control. Do you find it hard to let things go? Do you always want to fix everything and feel like you’re the
only one who can do it? It is tempting to want to
control everything yourself, especially when things
start going downhill. But, eventually, something has to give. When things go wrong, ask yourself, “Is this something I can solve? “And if so, how?” What is your role in the
process of achieving a solution? Learning to let go of things that are out of your control will make you feel less stressed and help you have a clear mind. It can be so easy to compare yourself to other people and all the gorgeous models on TV, But try to remember that what you look like doesn’t determine how much you’re worth. You’ve probably heard it before, and we know how hard it is to accept and internalize, but it’s. True You don’t need to feel bad because you might not look the way that people on TV do, because everyone is beautiful in their unique way. Number eight, your relationship status. Are you still looking for the one, But it seems like everyone. You know is getting hitched Nowadays, there’s so much pressure to have a significant other and a picture, perfect relationship. It can feel as if you constantly need to be pursuing someone out of fear of being a desperate lonely single. However, there’s nothing wrong with being single. Doesn’t make you less of a person because it means you’re, taking more time to focus on yourself and what you want na do You will only go for it when it feels right. While a relationship may be nice, it’s, not something you need to have to be valued Nine, the number of friends you have Do you value quantity, over quality when it comes to friends, Or is it difficult for you to keep up with your circle of Friends Having more friends, doesn’t matter what kind of person you are, If you only have a few it doesn’t mean you’re, not sociable or kind, but it means you have a specific taste in people which isn’t a bad thing. You’re invested in finding friends who understand and care for you. On the other hand, having more friends doesn’t mean you’re shallow and only interested in popularity. It means that you’re friendly and open to new people. The number of friends you have doesn’t say anything about your worth. Rather it’s the quality of your friends that matters 10, your social media status. Are you an avid scroller? Do you, post on social media habitually or occasionally With the amount of emphasis? The world seems to revolve around how many likes you get. There is so much pressure to have a picture-perfect, aesthetically pleasing life. However, your worth is not measured by how many people, like your posts, Social media, is for sharing parts of your life and forming connections with people It’s allowed getting likes. May give you the satisfaction it doesn’t determine your self-worth. Social media should be fun and uplifting, not a tool to gain validation. You are valid and worthy regardless of your social media status. Number 11. Your age, Both old and young people, are often judged due to their age. People may think all young people are reckless and selfish, while all older people have their whole lives figured out, But your age, doesn’t control your personality, hobbies, likes dislikes and so much more It’s, not a reflection of who you are so it does. ‘t determine your worth After all Age aint, nothing, but a number Number 12. Your decision to have children There’s a lot of societal pressure to have children to contribute to society, But having children is completely your own decision Not having children. Doesn’t make you less worthy than others who do because it’s a major decision that affects you most of all, so it should be up to you Remember your decision is valid and valued either way. In the end, you’re the only one who determines your self worth Cliche, but it’s, true, Not anyone or anything else, whether it be money, family, or friends.
