I feel like this is a common feeling among those of us who have struggled with depression since adolescence, so I was wondering if you could address this?A BIG THANK YOU to my Patreon Patrons! These 5 Anxiety Symptoms Often Go Unnoticed

5 Signs Of Anxiety That Often Go Unnoticed | Anxiety is one of the biggest problems in modern society, and it’s estimated that most of the population suffers one or more symptoms related to it. However, in addition to the most common symptoms (tachycardia, sweating, chest pressure), there are other signs that we don’t register as being physical manifestations of a deeper problem. Here we show you the 5 symptoms of anxiety that we usually ignore. ****************************************************** Bookmark Article: http://www.cleverly.me/five-anxiety-symptoms Save on Pinterest: https://bit.ly/2w9kiNM Thanks for watching and don’t forget to subscribe for more DIY crafts & projects, genius life hacks, clever tips & tricks, valuable health hacks, and fun facts: https://www.youtube.com/cleverly_diy?sub_confirmation=1 *********************************************************************** 1. Metallic Flavor in the Mouth People with anxiety detect bitter and salty flavors at a stronger level. And because anxiety causes bacteria to grow more rapidly, the result is mild bleeding of the gums. While not noticeable to the naked eye, the metallic flavor is unmistakable. 2. Excessive Yawning According to a British study, cortisol—also known as the stress hormone—increases when we are anxious. Cortisol raises the body’s temperature and yawning is a way for the body to cool itself down. 3. Cold Feet When a human being senses danger, blood flow becomes concentrated in the heart and stomach. As a result, extremities—such as the feet—receive less blood and therefore become cold. 4. Nightmares Dreams can be manifestations of what’s going on in our subconscious. With anxiety, it can happen that we have more nightmares than usual. In that case, it’s necessary to pay attention. 5. Mental Fog Anxiety can also cause concentration problems. This is why it’s often referred to as “mental fog” or “brain fog,” because thoughts don’t seem real. Many things are happening in the mind at the same time, and so the person is not able to focus on just one thing. ****************************************************** Do you want to see more content like this? Auburn Coach Wife Kristi Malzahn Agrees with Match & eHarmony: Men are Jerks

My advice is this: Settle! That’s right. Don’t worry about passion or intense connection. Don’t nix a guy based on his annoying habit of yelling “Bravo!” in movie theaters. Overlook his halitosis or abysmal sense of aesthetics. Because if you want to have the infrastructure in place to have a family, settling is the way to go. Based on my observations, in fact, settling will probably make you happier in the long run, since many of those who marry with great expectations become more disillusioned with each passing year. (It’s hard to maintain that level of zing when the conversation morphs into discussions about who’s changing the diapers or balancing the checkbook.) Obviously, I wasn’t always an advocate of settling. In fact, it took not settling to make me realize that settling is the better option, and even though settling is a rampant phenomenon, talking about it in a positive light makes people profoundly uncomfortable. Whenever I make the case for settling, people look at me with creased brows of disapproval or frowns of disappointment, the way a child might look at an older sibling who just informed her that Jerry’s Kids aren’t going to walk, even if you send them money. It’s not only politically incorrect to get behind settling, it’s downright un-American. Our culture tells us to keep our eyes on the prize (while our mothers, who know better, tell us not to be so picky), and the theme of holding out for true love (whatever that is—look at the divorce rate) permeates our collective mentality. Even situation comedies, starting in the 1970s with The Mary Tyler Moore Show and going all the way to Friends, feature endearing single women in the dating trenches, and there’s supposed to be something romantic and even heroic about their search for true love. Of course, the crucial difference is that, whereas the earlier series begins after Mary has been jilted by her fiancé, the more modern-day Friends opens as Rachel Green leaves her nice-guy orthodontist fiancé at the altar simply because she isn’t feeling it. But either way, in episode after episode, as both women continue to be unlucky in love, settling starts to look pretty darn appealing. Mary is supposed to be contentedly independent and fulfilled by her newsroom family, but in fact her life seems lonely. Are we to assume that at the end of the series, Mary, by then in her late 30s, found her soul mate after the lights in the newsroom went out and her work family was disbanded? If her experience was anything like mine or that of my single friends, it’s unlikely. And while Rachel and her supposed soul mate, Ross, finally get together (for the umpteenth time) in the finale of Friends, do we feel confident that she’ll be happier with Ross than she would have been had she settled down with Barry, the orthodontist, 10 years earlier? She and Ross have passion but have never had long-term stability, and the fireworks she experiences with him but not with Barry might actually turn out to be a liability, given how many times their relationship has already gone up in flames. It’s equally questionable whether Sex and the City’s Carrie Bradshaw, who cheated on her kindhearted and generous boyfriend, Aidan, only to end up with the more exciting but self-absorbed Mr. Big, will be better off in the framework of marriage and family. (Some time after the breakup, when Carrie ran into Aidan on the street, he was carrying his infant in a Baby Björn. Can anyone imagine Mr. Big walking around with a Björn?)

Here Are The Top Deathbed Regrets. Make Sure You Avoid Making The Same Mistakes.

You’re going to die someday. Sorry if that sounded like a threat, but it’s really just a fact. One day, it will all come to an end. If you’re lucky, you’ll have a moment to reflect on your lifetime. If you’re even luckier, that moment will not be filled with thoughts of what you should or should not have done, but how happy you are with your decisions. While there’s no way to tell which choices you’ll rue when your days on earth are about to be over, perhaps these common deathbed regrets can help steer you towards a happy ending. Take a look (you won’t regret it)!

1.) Not Saying “I Love You” Before Someone Dies – Three simple words, one comforting thing to take solace in.

2.) Not Having More Self Confidence – Get confident, stupid.

3.) Not Being True To Oneself – Do you!

4.) Worrying Too Much About How Others See You – Unless you’re an optometrist, relax.

5.) Being Controlled By Fear – “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” – F.D.R., right before he jumped the Grand Canyon on roller blades

6.) Thinking Too Much – Often times, over-thinking makes a situation worse than it would be if you didn’t think at all.

7.) Not Planning Ahead – “Ugh, I knew I should have ordered that pizza like ten minutes earlier. Goodbye, world!”

8.) Not Taking More Risks – Go for it!

9.) Not Traveling More – Seeing the world opens your eyes to more than just interesting new foods.

10.) Not Ending A Bad Relationship Sooner – Don’t waste time being with someone you don’t want to be with.

11.) Letting “The One” Get Away – If you love somebody, let them go spend the rest of their life with you.

12.) Waiting For The “Right Time” To Have Kids – There’s no such thing!

13.) Not Standing Up For Oneself – Don’t be afraid to look out for #1.

14.) Not Letting Oneself Be Happier – C’mon, get happy.

15.) Not Wearing Sunscreen – Think of it as putting on “regretblock.”

16.) Not Seeing A Project All The Way Through – Content deathbed thoughts are for closers.

17.) Working Too Much – Working hard or hardly enjoying your life?

18.) Losing Track Of Friends – After all, you did say “best friends forever.”

Wow. I don’t know about you, but I really need to step my living game up. Share this post and inspire your friends to live a regret-free life too.
