Well 6 days into 2020 and I am already overwhelmed. Today was one of those days where anxiety showed up to the party uninvited and I had to manage all of my racing thoughts. It is OK to have days like this…It is OK to not have it all together sometimes and I know that just because some of the things I worry about are irrational my feelings are still valid. Some days I am thriving and some days Im merely surviving . Give yourself a pep talk -practice a little self care and keep it moving ! WE GOT THIS!

#1 Anxiety Recovery Programs Available Today: https://theanxietyguy.com/my-program/
Description: These 5 questions will reveal exactly where your anxiety came from. Because many times we don’t consciously place ourselves into emotional distress. Rather, it feels more like it’s out of the blue.
Things can escalate very quickly in the mind and body of an anxiety sufferer. Which is why it’s vitally important to do some detective work to find out the causes of anxiety and panic for the day.
In this video I’ll reveal to you a vital tool that you must add to your anxiety recovery toolbox for healing. When done consistently you’ll quickly begin picking up on thoughts, actions, internal images, verbal language, people, situations that causes anxiety that you never knew did before.
The 5 questions in this video are:
1) What thoughts and perceptions may have contributed to the anxiety and panic I felt today?
2) Where did my focus and energy go today that caused my system to work harder than it needed to?
3) What foods or drinks did I have today that may have spiked my blood sugar and adrenaline levels?
4) What future event am I playing out in my mind causing me to get closer and closer to feelings of anxiety and panic?
5) Was I at times conscious of my physiology today, or was I unconscious leading to further worry and stress?
“The key to healing anxiety is to reflect and respond openly, and to not live in a victimized state.”
