This Footage Shows A Tiny, Terrifying Creature Wandering The Streets…What Is It?

th-5Less than a month ago, a security camera in Diyarbakir, Turkey, caught a strange entity haunting an empty street. Some have described it as an alien, others say it’s a shapeshifter…or even a ghost. There are those who think it’s just a plastic bag or a balloon, and many think the video is entirely fake.Whatever it is, the blurriness of the CCTV footage only makes the bizarre shape’s movements even more baffling.
[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9FIM08VEj4?autoplay=0]
Either way, it’s really creeping me out.Another idea I’m just throwing out there…Turkey should really spring for security cameras that shoot in HD or just generally upgrade their ’90s equipment.

What Is Lymphatic Cancer (Lymphoma) and Its Treatment Effects?

Lymphoma is the cancer of lymph nodes. Like all cancers, it is the uncontrolled growth of cells in the vicinity of lymph nodes. Lymph nodes can be viewed as stopping points of the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system basically carries fighting soldiers to whatever areas of your body whenever the body area is invaded or requires help to fight foreign intruders. The lymphatic system is a network of ‘highways’ starting from below the chin to the back of the neck, to underneath the armpits, and then to the groin area and connects to the spinal cord.Lymphoma develops as lumps at the node areas, typically behind the neck, armpits, and groin areas. Not all lymphomas grow in detectable areas. Once a lump develops careful monitoring is required. Whenever a lump occurs, it can be caused by1) viral infection, which can be easily cured by a course of antibiotics and usually last only a week or two,2) Tuberculosis, which detected at early stages can easily be cured, and which will require more specialized medical care and treatment,3) Cancer, which can only be confirmed by a biopsy. If there are several lumps that have been growing for some time, it is vital to get the lumps checked out by a Hematologist. Hematologists are specialized doctors dealing with blood disorders. Lymphoma is considered a blood disorder. For other types of cancer, one would go to an oncologist.Other noticeable signs are cold sweats at night, loss of appetite, drastic weight loss, and lethargy. Sometimes these signs do not appear as in my case except for the lumps on the base of the neck.Like many other cancers, lymphomas are quite complicated and have different types and subtypes but generally, lymphoma can be divided into two broad categories, namely Hodgkins and Non-Hodgkins. Hodgkin’s lymphoma is much more durable and the prognosis is very good.Conventional treatment applies for Lymphoma – surgery, and radiation – if the cancer is fairly isolated typically only in stage 1 (more on staging later). Chemotherapy followed by radiation for cancer that is not so widespread in the body. If the cancer is in a fairly advanced stage as in stage 3 and 4, then a full course of Chemotherapy treatment is required, as was in my case.Staging in lymphoma is different from other types of cancer. Stage 1 is cancer found on one part in one section of the body either above or below the diaphragm. If cancer has appeared in more than one place on the same side of the diaphragm, then it has gone to stage 2. Stage 3 means cancer has spread to the abdomen and groin areas above and below the diaphragm. Stage 4 means that cancer has been detected in the bone marrow. Stage 3 is already considered an advanced stage.

In lymphomas, a bone marrow tap is usually done to check if the bone marrow carries cancer as well. CT scans are also performed at regular intervals during Chemotherapy to determine the treatment’s efficacy. If the current treatment is not effective, doctors will switch to another Chemotherapy regimen. At the end of the treatment, a final CT scan and PET scan are conducted to confirm the absence of cancerous cells. The words “No cancerous cells detected” are the sweetest words one can ask for.Chemotherapy treatment can last between six to eight months and a month more to recuperate from the onslaught of Chemotherapy. Most people will give up work to focus on the treatment. As in my case, Chemotherapy was once every two weeks. The first week immediately after Chemotherapy is the worst. Most of the time, I was too weak to keep awake. As time passed, strength returned and by the second week, I could manage a short walk. After that, the whole process starts all over again.Towards the end of the Chemotherapy, the body would have been pretty badly savaged by the Chemo poison. One often lands up feeling very different after Chemotherapy, and it takes months to get back to any normalcy. The speed of recovery from Chemotherapy really depends on one’s physical and mental strength.

Social anxiety disorder (SAD), also known as social phobia, is an anxiety disorder characterized by a significant amount of fear in one or more social situations, causing considerable distress and impaired ability to function in at least some parts of daily life. These fears can be triggered by perceived or actual scrutiny from others. Individuals with social anxiety disorder fear negative evaluation from other people. Physical symptoms often include excessive blushing, excess sweating, trembling, palpitations, and nausea. Stammering may be present, along with rapid speech. Panic attacks can also occur under intense fear and discomfort. Some sufferers may use alcohol or other drugs to reduce fears and inhibitions at social events. It is common for sufferers of social phobia to self-medicate in this fashion, especially if they are undiagnosed, untreated, or both; this can lead to alcoholism, eating disorders or other kinds of substance abuse. SAD is sometimes referred to as an illness of lost opportunities where “individuals make major life choices to accommodate their illness”. According to ICD-10 guidelines, the main diagnostic criteria of social phobia are fear of being the focus of attention, or fear of behaving in a way that will be embarrassing or humiliating, avoidance and anxiety symptoms. Standardized rating scales can be used to screen for social anxiety disorder and measure the severity of anxiety. The first line of treatment for social anxiety disorder is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Medications such as SSRIs are effective for social phobia, especially paroxetine. CBT is effective in treating this disorder, whether delivered individually or in a group setting. The cognitive and behavioral components seek to change thought patterns and physical reactions to anxiety-inducing situations. The attention given to social anxiety disorder has significantly increased since 1999 with the approval and marketing of drugs for its treatment. Prescribed medications include several classes of antidepressants: selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), and monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Other commonly used medications include beta blockers and benzodiazepines.see more at wikipediaCheck More at https://htm101.com/track.php?c=cmlkPTgyMDQ1OCZhaWQ9NjIyNTgxODI

Panic Disorder

Panic disorder is an anxiety disorder characterized by reoccurring unexpected panic attacks. Panic attacks are sudden periods of intense fear that may include palpitations, sweating, shaking, shortness of breath, numbness, or a feeling that something terrible is going to happen. The maximum degree of symptoms occurs within minutes. There may be ongoing worries about having further attacks and avoidance of places where attacks have occurred in the past. The cause of the panic disorder is unknown. Panic disorder often runs in families. Risk factors include smoking, psychological stress, and a history of child abuse. Diagnosis involves ruling out other potential causes of anxiety including other mental disorders, medical conditions such as heart disease or hyperthyroidism, and drug use. Screening for the condition may be done using a questionnaire. Panic disorder is usually treated with counseling and medications. The type of counselling used is typically cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) which is effective in more than half of people. Medications used include antidepressants and occasionally benzodiazepines or beta-blockers. Following stopping treatment up to 30% of people have a recurrence. Panic disorder affects about 2.5% of people at some point in their life. It usually begins during adolescence or early adulthood but any age can be affected. It is less common in children and older people. Women are more often affected than men.see more at WikipediaCheck More at https://htm101.com/track.php?c=cmlkPTgwNzQ2MyZhaWQ9NjIyNTgxODI

(MUPS or MUS)

Medically unexplained physical symptoms (MUPS or MUS) are symptoms for which a treating physician or other healthcare providers have found no medical cause, or whose cause remains contested. In its strictest sense, the term simply means that the cause for the symptoms is unknown or disputed—there is no scientific consensus. Not all medically unexplained symptoms are influenced by identifiable psychological factors. However, in practice, most physicians and authors who use the term consider that the symptoms most likely arise from psychological causes. Typically, the possibility that MUPS are caused by prescription drugs or other drugs is ignored. It is estimated that between 15% and 30% of all primary care consultations are for medically unexplained symptoms. A large Canadian community survey revealed that the most common medically unexplained symptoms are musculoskeletal pain, ear, nose, and throat symptoms, abdominal pain and gastrointestinal symptoms, fatigue, and dizziness. The term MUPS can also be used to refer to syndromes whose etiology remains contested, including chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, multiple chemical sensitivity, and Gulf War illness. The term medically unexplained symptoms are in some cases treated as synonymous to older terms such as psychosomatic symptoms, conversion disorders, somatic symptoms, somatisations or somatoform disorders; as well as contemporary terms such as functional disorders, bodily distress, and persistent physical symptoms. The plethora of terms reflects imprecision and uncertainty in their definition, controversy, and care taken to avoid stigmatizing sufferers. Risk factors for medically unexplained symptoms are complex and include both psychological and organic features, and such symptoms are often accompanied by other somatic symptoms attributable to organic disease. As such it is recognized that the boundary defining symptoms as medically unexplained is increasingly becoming blurred. Women are significantly more likely than men to be diagnosed with Medically Unexplained Symptoms. Childhood adversity and/or abuse, and the death or serious illness of a close family member are significant risk factors. Many patients presenting with medically unexplained symptoms also meet the diagnostic criteria for anxiety and/or depression. The likelihood of meeting such criteria increases with the number of unexplained symptoms reported. However, anxiety and depression are also very common in individuals with medically explained illnesses, and again, the likelihood of a person receiving one of these diagnoses increases with the number of symptoms reported. Consequently, on the current evidence, we cannot infer that anxiety or depression are causes of medically unexplained physical symptoms. Physical symptoms have been associated with adverse psychosocial and functional outcome across different cultures, irrespective of etiology (either explained or unexplained).see more at WikipediaCheck More at http://giftideas.usite.pro/
