This Guy Found A Real Message In A Bottle. You Need To Read Its Story.

Finding a message in a bottle is always an interesting plot point in movies. What’s inside? Will the glass vessel contain a treasure map? Will there be a cry for help from a stranded castaway possibly? Could it be a message meant for a lover lost at sea?

Anymore, these kinds of things are rare in our world. Now, all of the blank pages on the map are all filled in. Sending messages is as easy as punching in what you want to say and hitting send. These friends found an ACTUAL message in a bottle in 2014 and what it said? It was beautiful.

This bottle washed on the beach while some friends were soaking in the sun.

They tried opening it but it was tightly sealed.

Luckily someone was once a boy scout.

Inside was a rolled up piece of paper that was sealed with tape.

They unrolled it and read.

They resealed the bottle using a hairband, and sent it back from whence it came, the sea that Mel so loved.

Now, Mel’s bottle is back on its journey across the ocean. I wonder where the bottle will appear next? If you’re curious to know too, help out and let your friends know by giving this a share on Facebook. Who knows, maybe they too will hold Mel’s letter in their hands.

This Old Video Is A Tutorial For One Seriously Disturbing Procedure

Brain surgery is a delicate procedure now, but back in the day, it was even more nerve-wracking. Doctors had to use tools and techniques that would be considered barbaric by today’s standards. The movement toward using more modern methods in the 1920s eventually picked up steam, but it was a slow process, as this brain surgery training film from that era illustrates.
googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘VN_PG_DCBP_ATF’); });

It’s a little hard to follow, but here’s a transcript of the video’s text for your reference:

Drilling a pin-hole through scalp and skull, 4 cm. to right of middle line, well in front of Rolandic fissure. After penetrating the skull with the grooved drill, stilette and blunt, hollow needle are inserted along the track. On reaching cavity of Lateral Ventricle, cerebrospinal fluid appears. Cisternal or Sub-Occipital puncture. Needle inserted immediately above 2nd cervical spine, pencil in patient’s ear to guide aim of needle. Lumbar Puncture Needle inserted between L4 and L5 laminae, just to right of middle line.

Watch it all unfold in the video below.

I have a headache just from watching that. This is yet another reason why I’m grateful to be alive in 2016.

This Clinic Is Specialized In Aiding The Strangest Things (And Giving Myself Nightmares).

Dolls tend to be creepy. Add the element of paranormal and they’ve been done correctly terrifying. We should lose them all.

But kids like dolls. This will be true. In Australian Continent, somewhere called the Doll Hospital respects that and does pretty much everything they may be in a position to keep dolls from looking like they wish to devour your heart.

Originally opening in 1913, the Doll Hospital is still functional, employing 12 “doll surgeons” and restoring over 200 dolls monthly (so many dolls…). The adorable thing is all the tasks are done for just what a healthcare center affectionately calls ‘big kiddies’ or older women that desire their old dolls preserved to enable them to present all of them with their kiddies and grandchildren. That I possibly could get behind, provided my mother doesn’t want to gift the girl old ventriloquist dummy, Larry if you ask me. Have a look at interesting, but slightly disturbing realm of ‘Doll Hospital’ below. Benefit from the trip!

Instead of in the past making use of my broken dolls towards medical center, i believe i’d as an alternative just to use residence and not have nightmares. Mouse click below to talk about these extreme creepiness with others.
