Shake the blues away. Everyone knows that depression can lead to guilt, sadness, frustration, and in the case of 15-20% of people with depression, suicide. Because we live in a culture that rewards (and often worships) productivity, when a depressed person can’t meet the expectations of society, the depression becomes worse and a vicious cycle begins. The goal of Getting Things Done When You’re Depressed is to break this cycle. Readers will learn: – How to prepare yourself mentally for working while depressed – How to structure your environment so you can work more easily – How to work with others – How to prevent depression
Today, I will guide you on a journey of relaxation. Clear your overthinking mind, clear the clutter of your mind to relax and calm you naturally. You have the state of peace within you that can be accessed anytime. The more you practice, the easier it will be to come back to this state any time you need and you will see the benefits trickle over into many other areas of your life. Be patient with your practice and the resulting effects.
This is a guided meditation and visualization to take you on a journey of relaxation, down into the deepest part of your subconscious mind. You will clear the clutter of your mind to calm you. It will reduce your stress level, as well as improve your overall health and well being when practiced regularly.

We’ve been traveling a lot lately and right before we left I had my suitcase on the floor and had to step out for a bit. And there’s poor Koko pining away either missing me or knowing we’re about to leave or wanting to come with me. Koko you’re breaking my heart you sweet little thing! (You can see Shorty asleep on the couch in the first few seconds. She don’t give a damn about Kodi’s wailing, haha!)

We’re in the middle of a series looking at how anxiety shows up in each of the signs. Last week, we released Capricorn’s, and today, we’ll talk about how anxiety shows up for an Aquarius.
Aquarians’ anxiety shows up in one of two ways: either they retreat and want to be by themselves, or they can’t stop talking about every thought they’re having.
If you’re an Aquarius or Aquarius rising:
Are you feeling internal and retreating into yourself?
Do you feel different from others?
Are you ignoring your emotions?
The medicine for an Aquarius with anxiety is to change your point of view. Figure out your style of how to take care of yourself: if it helps you to journal and get out your thoughts, or going outside and being active in the company of others.
If you aren’t an Aquarius, pass this video on to a friend or loved one who is. We’ll continue with the final video on Pisces next week, so stay tuned…
