How does it help with stress and relieve it for good : If you have ever experienced overthinking and occasional tension headache you know exactly how stress and anxiety can lead to muscle tension. Progressive relaxation, also called progressive muscle relaxation, is a deep relaxation technique that progressively releases the tension you’re holding in your body. Progressive relaxation has been found to effectively reduce stress, lower anxiety, help control pain, improve quality of sleep and improve overall prospects of live, that keeps you stress free and relaxed. So, how do you practice progressive relaxation? Fortunately, it’s pretty simple. (So when you are breathing in, you are tensing muscles, when you are holding breath you are holding tension, then when you breathe out slowly, you are releasing tension slowly.) You continue to do this for all of the muscle groups in your body. You can start at your scalp or forehead, move to your face (eyes, cheeks and jaw), then down to your neck and shoulders, then your arms and hands, followed by your back, hips and buttocks, then your legs and finally your feet. This way your full body will relax instantly as you move along this process. To take these exercise to next level (Optional steps though), try and visualize each muscle group and visualize tension releasing from your whole body. This music will act as an anchor cue so next time when you listen to this music your body will immediately go into deep relaxation without you even practising progressive relaxation technique. ( This is genuinely an amazing yet easy way of visualization meditation. ) You are training your body and mind to relax naturally to remain stress free forever this way. The prosecution has been trying its best to portray George Zimmerman as an out-of-control “wannabe cop,” which has again inspired some wannabe vigilantes to pass around Zimmerman’s home address on Twitter coupled with thinly veiled threats. Making a bad situation worse is that they’re still passing around the wrong address, which director Spike Lee twice retweeted to hundreds of thousands of followers last spring.

That little mixup led to an elderly couple being driven from their home. Lee eventually settled with the couple, but that hasn’t made the errant tweet disappear, and as Breitbart.com points out, with a verdict in the case imminent, the address is being distributed again, and Sanford police have stepped up patrols around the house.

Here’s a screenshot of the most recent tweets with the address redacted, but with the ridiculous #Justice hashtag left intact.

That settlement likely frees Lee from commenting further on the mistake which might have put the lives of the couple in danger. Did it free his conscience as well?

Overcoming Night Eating Syndrome

The statistics are powerful and alarming: Perhaps as many as 6 million Americans suffer from night eating syndrome, or NES, a newly identified eating disorder which describes behavior patterns in which an individual obsessively consumes more than half of his or her daily caloric intake after eight o’clock in the evening.
