Rewire Your Anxious Brain and Finally Lose the Fear of Anxiety Symptoms

For many of us who deal with anxiety disorders the biggest obstacle is getting a very clear answer if the the physical symptoms we experience actually are from anxiety or if they are a sign of something truly dangerous e.g a heart attack, stroke, neurological diseases or cancers. To find answers to this question most of us seek up doctors, spend hours on the internet trying to figure if the symptoms we experience are common in anxiety sufferers OR even worse try to self-diagnose ourselves… We end up in an infinite loop of panic attacks and then reassurance seeking. In this video I try to explain why I went a slightly different approach to anxiety recovery and why I believe that my approach, while not easier, is definitely easier than some of the others you might have heard. ————————————————————————————————————————————————– Interested to chat in a more private setting? People with social anxiety disorder may feel fear from being around a group of people, from one on one encounters, or even from imagining being around others. This disorder leads to social isolation and avoidance. You might be wondering what is happening within the brain of someone with S.A.D. Anxiety Disorders and Gender

Anxiety and related disorders are common conditions that disproportionately affect women. In this book, the epidemiology, psychobiology, diagnosis, evaluation, pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy of major anxiety and related disorders are examined with special reference to the effects of gender and sex on clinical presentation and treatment. The conditions considered include generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder and social anxiety disorder. In addition, the management of anxiety and related disorders during pregnancy and lactation are discussed. Two concluding chapters specifically address anxiety disorders in women and in men, summarizing key points for clinicians and researchers. The authors are leading clinicians, including both psychiatrists and psychologists, from around the globe.
