When WWII veteran and former jazz band member Edward Hardy developed dementia at age 95, he went to a nearby senior home to live and receive care. Lonely and afraid, the only thing he wanted to do was play the piano like he did in the old days. But without his old mates, there was no chance of that happening.

That’s when a worker at the facility decided to advertise on the Internet for a few other musicians to jam with him. The response they received is unlike anything he ever expected.
