foreign [Music] I’m not done in the Tabernacle by any means but I wanted to keep this simple because as I said showing each measurement or each color or each Dimension is it’s there so you can go back and read the descriptions of the table and read it for yourself where the descriptions of the altar of incense and read it for yourself and understand now with the understanding of what is what is a qubit and what the numbers mean or what the materials mean but go back and read it as I’ve said for many weeks now looking at it through the eyes of God in Christ looking at how amazing God is to paint this picture and the picture as I said wasn’t painted for a few people that’s why again the numbers matter this four corners of the earth to all ends of the Earth it wasn’t designed for singular people this is the mistake that people get into and they say well this was given and I’ve heard people say this this was given to the Jewish people and the Jewish people didn’t exist at this time I’ve already gone through that and please if you haven’t listened to my message do not argue with me do not post on my social media page if you have not listened that means you are still ignorant as to what this book not me not my opinions what this book says about what I just said this was given as a pattern of what God would do for the whole Earth [Music] [Music] Saturday coming to this houseAs found on YouTubehttps://is.gd/cgc_9_8_prescreen_submissionMy 6-step formula for GCSE exam success. The Feast of Tabernacles: A Picture of God’s Only Son

If people entertaining that there’s going to be a final harvest of souls, wouldn’t you want to be counted in it? I mean, that’s the logical person. Even if you’re not, see, people, say, “Well, I’m not religious, or I’m, I’m,” but then figure it out. By the way, I’m not a person who says, “Be religious.” I have been the person that said, “Build your relationship with Christ; get to know Him.” You don’t need a middle person. Somebody like me is; I’m only here to open up, to tie the dots, sometimes to, most of the time it’s translation, but there’s no one that comes between you and Christ. That’s your relationship to develop. ♪ ♪ We have been studying the Old Testament, basically the Tabernacle. We started by looking at the structure, we moved into looking at the furniture. After that, we’ve been looking at the set times. For example, last week we looked at the Day of Atonement or Yom Kippur. So, we are at the seventh and final set time which is called the Feast of Tabernacles, or the Hebrew word is Sukkoth. And this feast is probably mentioned throughout Scripture, both in the Old and New Testaments, probably more than any other. And it’s kind of interesting because it seems like a lot of these set times occur in this window between September and October in the month of Tishri. And they are all kind of commemorative into something. This one for, ex simple is commemorating the 40 years of wilderness wandering by basically they would, the folks would move out of their houses for the span of approximately a week. They would build a temporary structure made with branches and boughs and all kinds of things that would be a covering. And this is going to be a little bit weird when I say this, but in terms of making a connection to something we celebrate, this may actually be the closest thing to Thanksgiving.Thanksgiving obviously was something that started here. The pilgrims in gratitude basically for making it here alive, surviving the harsh winters and I think I’ve told you coming over Psalm 18 was the banner for most who came ashore because it’s a psalm of Thanksgiving. Well, Psalm 18 or Psalms 113 through 118 would be part of this time of year, reading and singing and rejoicing in those psalms but the reason why I say it looks like Thanksgiving a little bit is this would be also, you’ve got the Festival of Booths or Sukkoth, but you’ve also got something else that is being celebrated and that is the ingathering. So crops had been harvested and you would almost have a great bounty of food to enjoy. So kind of think about that September/October time; our, Thanksgiving’s November, but it’s probably the most parallel in that respect, a harvest festival. The day would start, the seventh month of the fifteenth day of Tishri which is equivalent, as I said, to our September/October. It lasted for seven days and the first day of this Feast of Tabernacles and the day after were holy convocations, an assembly of people gathered. You were to do no servile work, no work at all and it was also usually a Sabbath. And these are noteworthy pieces of information because when you start reading the New Testament and you encounter which we will demand you encounter Jesus at this time, there are a lot of things that will almost come together if you didn’t know that this had a, basically a Sabbath ending or holy convocation Sabbath ending, it would clearly tell you why the Pharisees reacted to Jesus in a certain way that they used that. They were looking for any excuse but they used that one basically to go after Him. So, if we are looking at instructions, in Leviticus 23, verses 33 and 34, it kind of gives you just a short, you know, “The LORD Spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto the LORD. On the first day shall be a holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.Seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: on the eighth day shall be a holy convocation unto you; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: it is a solemn assembly; ye shall do no servile work therein.” So, that’s one. Numbers 29 tells us about the daily sacrifices, starting in verse 12. And I am actually going to take the time to read them because I want you to see even though it’s kind of a little bit boring, but I want you to see something. You know, God was very specific in giving instructions, “You’ll do this, you’ll offer that, this is how much, when.” So Numbers 29 verse 12, “On the fifteenth day of the seventh month ye shall have a holy convocation; you shall do no servile work, and ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days: and ye shall offer a burnt offering, a sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savor unto the LORD,” and here we go, “thirteen young bullocks, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year; they shall be without blemish: and their meat offering shall be of flour,” remember we went through the offerings, so if you’re not; if you don’t remember, go back and reread why and what they represent, “their meat offering shall be of flour mingled with oil, three tenths deal unto every bullock and of the thirteen bullocks, two tenths deal to each ram of the two rams, and a several tenth deal to each lamb of the fourteen lambs.” Now you’re going to see as the days go through this particular set time, there’s actually one less bull every day being offered. But if you keep reading, for example, they’re numbered. So for example, verse 17, “On the second day you shall offer twelve young bullocks.” So remember the first one we had 13. That’s in verse 13, 13 young bullocks. Here, second, verse 17, “On the second day you shall offer twelve young bullocks,” “And on the third day,” verse 20, “eleven,” so you can see the numbers decreasing. But if you count up, and this is the thing, it’s a little bit weird, you’re either going to end up with 203 or 215 sacrifices depending on how you’re counting it. And that is aside from; so 215 offerings and sacrifices, aside from the daily regular offerings and sacrifices that would have been offered. That is a lot of sacrificing and offering. I just kind of put that in there. It’s not really that important that you should learn all these details, but what does matter, and I’ll just say this now because I’ve referred to it now for the last few weeks, is that the book of Zechariah says that God basically at the return of Christ, and during that time, people will come to the mount, a nation shall be born in a day.And it says clearly that the people will be forced to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. So don’t just think of this as something old, antiquated, and not part of our future because, this book tells you that in the future; Zechariah says that, they will be forced to celebrate and keep the Feast of Tabernacles, which ties into something actually, we’ll call it the law of double or triple fulfillment. So let me just say this, you’ll probably hear me repeat it through this message. Tabernacles itself, moving out of your permanent abode and living in this temporary structure, is not just a reminder of Israel’s wanderings. It is a picture of God’s only begotten Son taking up what John says, “He tabernacled in a tent of human flesh,” and that flesh could not be permanent because all of the sin was laid upon Him and that body had to ascend and go into heaven. So all that was laid upon Him could not have been carried into the heavens, so be very careful when you analyze or parse this. But Christ tented or tabernacled temporarily in a tent of human flesh, so Tabernacles has that dimension attached to it as a first type in fulfillment. A second type in fulfillment is when it says that all these people will have to come to the Mount; that is the final chapters of Zechariah, pointing to a future time where they will have to keep and celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. Imagine that if a nation is born in one day and people are streaming to worship at that Mount, they will have no choice but to live in temporary dwellings. They will not be able to have permanent abodes. And there’s actually more to this feast than just the temporary dwellings, and I’ll get to that in a minute because it’s quite fascinating actually. There’s also a rule or a law, if you will, about this particular celebration falling on a sabbatical year. That is in Deuteronomy 31, and I’ll read it to you just so you can have the details. This, it’s as much details as you want. I’m not trying to drive you crazy here, but Deuteronomy 31:10, “Moses commanded them, saying, At the end of every seven years, in the solemnity of the year of release, in the Feast of Tabernacles, when all Israel is come to appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose, thou shalt read this law before all Israel in their hearing.Gather the people together, men, and women, and children, and thy stranger that is within thy gates, that they may hear, that they may learn and fear the LORD your God and observe to do all the words of this law: and that their children, which have not known anything, may hear, and learn to fear the LORD your God, as long as ye live in the land whither you go over Jordan to possess it.” So you’ve got some regulations therefor if this happens to fall in a sabbatical year. So that’s kind of giving you the details more or less, an outline. I don’t want to get bogged down on that. Equally because there were so many offerings being offered, and now I’m going to, I’m actually going to just shift this like I did last week, two temple times, because it’s much easier to talk about details in this festive time at the tabernacle versus at any other time; I’m sorry, at the temple because we have enough information or more information. So what we would see on this particular day, and this again, this ties into all these small details, we would see all of the courses of the priests, all 24 courses, would participate in this time. It’s kind of radical for another reason, and I’ll tell you why. The priesthood all in its full glory in participation; think of now pointing to a future time, they’ll, just like God was speaking in the book of Revelation to John saying about the hundred and forty-four preachers of righteousness, these 24 courses of the priesthood, if you will, will need to be present at that time. So there will probably be a reinstitution of some form of the priesthood, as we read it, some form, and these 24 courses will be present at that time as well. It’s kind of; it’s all tied together. You can’t just go, “Okay, this is Old and this is New and we, the twain shall never meet.” No, they’re actually, you read them together and you see the big picture coming together of what exactly that’s going to be like in the future. Also, I reference this because it touches on three of the major feasts. This is one that all males of a certain age were required to go to Jerusalem, the three feasts, this is one of them, and God says in Deuteronomy 16:16 to not appear before Him empty-handed. So the men that came to Jerusalem to celebrate these three feasts also would need to come with something in hand, an offering of some kind to the Lord. These set times, all, as I said, there’s a cluster of them and this particular set time, the Feast of Tabernacles marks a change in season. And this kind of dovetails into the other things we don’t really talk about regarding the Feast of Tabernacles. So for these people of the book, biblical times, extremely important, mark the time of sowing and harvesting. It also marked a time; this particular time of year would basically usher in what would be analogous to their winter and a rainy season, minimally, if not snow. And I know people, again, tend to think of the Holy Land and they never think of it, it’s like the song, “It Never Rains in Southern California,” which is a lie. I don’t know why people think it never snows in the Holy Land. Hello. But anyway, let’s, let’s go back to that at a different time. And the climate people will be raising their fists at me, all right. So, but we understand due to the nature of the time we’re dealing with people depending on their crops and specifically one particular thing: rain. So this particular time would usher in, as I said, the winter/rainy season, but it didn’t always guarantee rain. So there was this, we’ll call it prayer for water, for rain, to bless the crops for the next year. And two things don’t seem to go together, moving out into temporary booths for seven days and praying for rain. It doesn’t seem like they go good together, right? But that’s what they did. So by temple time, I want you to imagine what the scene would have been like.So I want you to think if you could even imagine looking at an aerial view and imagining it would be like looking at thousands, thousands and thousands of ants moving around, hustling and bustling, because they had to move out of their houses and build temporary structures. But then remember, this is a feast where people must come to Jerusalem, right? It’s a pilgrimage feast. So it means the streets anywhere where you could place your temporary dwelling, it would be crowded. And people would be essentially racing on the, the night of the fourteenth of Tishri to finish their structure. So the scene there would have been kind of a little bit chaotic. And I’m imagining if we had a, if we could fly a drone back then to see what it looked like, you’d see all of these people just moving around frantically to get their structures set up.And they had to do it before the priest would sound the horn that let them know that the feast had started. So it’s almost like, “On your mark, get set!” I don’t know about you, but I would not want to be building my structure under that much pressure, especially if rain’s coming. I’m not, you know, no. But, so we could focus on the rain part. But what actually is interesting is, you know, how holidays have morphed. I explained this to you. A lot of things were added in by human imagination. So there was something added to this holiday that gave way to something called “the water libation,” the offering, the collecting, and the offering of water. And so what you would see during this time, and I’m now looking at, as I said, temple times, what you would see is the high priest who would take a golden pitcher. And I just, again, I’m going to try and paint the picture. You almost have to picture a bustling, very excited crowd following the high priest as he took his pitcher down to the pool of Siloam and probably collected no more than maybe a quart of water. And the procession that went around him, singing, and they would of course be reciting Psalms 113-118 by heart. There’s nobody carrying around a scroll, all right? It’s all by memory. Imagine the instruments and the kind of the chaotic noise. I don’t, I don’t envision that the music was, in my, I don’t know, in my imagination, the music’s not pleasing. It’s probably very irritating with people blowing something that probably sounds like a very off-key recorder or a flute, something that’s irritating; people singing, tambourines, clapping and whatnot, accompanying the priest as he would return back to the temple area. And so this whole entourage followed him to the pool of Siloam to collect the water, followed him back to the temple, as he went through the water gate, entered into the southern gate, and the silver trumpets would be blown three times.Remember, we covered the silver trumpets. And the words of Isaiah 12:3 would be recited. I’ll read them to you, “Therefore with joy you shall draw water out of the wells of salvation.” And the high priest would take the pitcher of water that he collected and pour it into one of two silver basins. The other silver basin would be for the wine/drink offering libation. I don’t, I’m not really quite sure what the category is for that, but there would be two basins. And then you would have the three blasts that would sound from the trumpets, the people reciting, singing, all kinds of clamoring, thanksgiving would fill the air. And essentially that, the act, the ceremony of pouring the water was essentially like saying to God, “Okay, we’re ready for You to open up the skies and pour us out a blessing so that we can have food for the next year.” We tend to take this very much for granted. But, you know, we can, because you can always go to the store, right? Go to the store where you need a bag of potatoes, you need a bottle of milk, or whatever. But think of this, if your whole life depends on the crop yielding, you’re going to be hoping, you’re going to be doing everything you can and hoping and praying that God actually does let the rain go. Otherwise, you’re not going to have food. So, you know, we tend to not really connect these dots, but it’s important to get in the same mindset as what these people would have had to go through. Now, let’s park that here for a minute. You would also see these priests, many of them waving branches and boughs, sometimes they were palm branches, but they would be waving them almost like in excitement, like, you know, it’s like stirring up the air, right? It’s kind of waving everybody.Again, I imagine the scene being really beautiful, but I’ve also been, I’ve told you, I’ve been to churches where people think it’s their job to stir up the air. All right, now let me start making some connections here. So, turn, if you will, if you’d like to, with me to the New Testament, Matthew 21. So, I want to start showing you, we’re making connections to how this applies in both the realized time of Christ’s time and future fulfillment. So, in, in Matthew 21, very early on, we have Jesus entering Jerusalem and if you remember, you’ve got all of these people that are thronged around Him and they’re screaming. The multitudes went before and followed and cried, “Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna,” which is basically “save now,” “in the highest.” But this scene is also told in Luke, I believe and in John, and you’ve got the scene of them basically with the palm leaves, waving branches and whatnot. So, I think it’s interesting, also mind-boggling, that when you start looking at, you know, traditions that might have been implemented, morphed through time because now the same; we have basically the King entering Jerusalem, but they’re, some are saying it in mocking and some are saying it in truth, but most probably in mocking regarding Jesus. When He comes again, trust me, there will not be anyone laughing. That’s, see, that’s the wonderful thing about God’s book is God gets to have the last laugh, okay, while people ridiculed and they made fun and whatever they did to Him. God will get to have the last laugh. And I, I’m not saying that’s going to be funny either because it won’t be. It’s a very serious time, but I think it’s, it’s mind-boggling. Here we have Jesus entering and the scene, which I imagine is kind of the, we’ll call it the mockery version of what will be when He comes back and you’ve got a whole processional around Him. I just think that there’s, there’s a connection there to that and also the other thing that we read of in Revelation 7, which is we see all of these people basically dancing around the throne. They have, some type of branches in their hands as well, singing and praising Him. So I think this time, this set time is very pivotal and when people talk about the Lord’s return, this is a very important time and it’s very important for us to understand; just don’t read this as simply Old Testament. We’re looking at what happened in the New and what will happen at a future time. Now, the second evening I’m not done in the New Testament, but we’ll just take a little break there. On the second evening of the Feast of Tabernacles, people gathered in the court of the women. And that’s very important too. This gives us some clarity about the way things were done. So you have all these people gathered in the court of the women, which traditionally was cordoned off and segregated for women only because that’s how worship practices were done. The men and the women were kept separate, but on this particular night of celebration, they would lift the partition up and the partition lifted would reveal four very large menorahs, and these menorahs or candlesticks would be lit.Now I want you, again, imagine. I want to try and paint the picture. Imagine if you were a pilgrim coming from afar, going towards the epicenter of Jerusalem, pitch dark, and all you can see is the center of the city is aglow, because those candelabras would have lit up everything. You would have seen the glowing-ness, then of course you probably have small fires here and there for people who are encamped (and hopefully they practiced tabernacle safety; never mind). But my point is if you could, if you could see what the imagery was, if you could only imagine. You know, sometimes, I’m sure all of us have seen pictures of our mountains here on fire at nighttime and the sky is glowing with the orange and all the colors of the fire. Imagine coming in as a pilgrim and seeing the glow of the city, the bustling of the people. It had to be quite a scene. But then you have something else that happens. So this partition is lifted up. These four menorahs or candlesticks are in the inner court. And then you’ve got all of these Levites now that make their way through a passage and they descend on the stairwell through the court of the Israelites down to the court of the women on these stairs. So it must have been a big, we’ll call it very ritualistic procession that occurred. And the sound of psalms and singing, the psalms I referenced again, 113-18 would be just flowing through the structure and the temple would have been filled with music and reveling. This would be repeated every single night. And then now let me give you some thoughts here because it’s really, I’ve just painted a picture and that’s really all good and well. But if you know your Bible, you know that Ezekiel, the prophet Ezekiel, describes the glory of God leaving the temple. Do you remember that? Okay. And then we have the picture of the return and that’s at a future time. Now remember that fire is always synonymous with God’s presence. Remember the burning bush, the bush that burned, that was not consumed, “Take off your shoes, Moses. The place where you stand is holy ground.” It was only holy because, or hallowed because God was there; fire, the symbol of God’s presence. These people were celebrating this celebration. Guess what was missing? God’s presence. You’ve got to light the fire to have them, we’ll call it the essence. I’m not saying God was not present as in, He can’t look down and see, but as the Shekinah glory that once filled the temple and the fire that represented God was not there. They had to create this. And I don’t think that they did this to replace or create or even, maybe they weren’t even cognizant. When I was reading and studying and seeing all the different procedures, I, it resonated with me that this is very much like how to, how to make it as though, it’s like putting fake fruit, hanging plastic fruit on real tree branches, and saying, “Look, there’s fruit growing.” It’s kind of like that.God maybe was watching, but His Shekinah certainly was not there. And as I said, if you are kind of putting this all together, you start to see that this festival of light and water, these two things are going to bring you not just the tabernacle, the set time itself, but water and light are also going to bring you to Christ. And I’m about to show you that right now. So we’re still in New Testament, if you didn’t go too far away, turn to John 7 with me. So John 7 tells us that it was the time of the Feast of Tabernacles. Jesus was returning to the temple when the religious Pharisees, of course, were always trying to, you know, trip Him up, but they tried here. So if you just read the opening, if you have a Bible like mine, it says, “Jesus at the Feast of Tabernacles.” But if you start reading the chapter, “After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Jewry because the Jews sought to kill him.Now the Jews’ Feast of Tabernacles was at hand. His brethren, therefore, said unto him, Depart hence, and go into Judaea, that thy disciples also may see the works that thou does.” And if you keep reading this, you’re going to see that there is a whole exchange go on. “The Jews sought him at the feast,” that’s verse 11, saying, “Where is he?” Much murmuring. So we know that this is kind of the setup, if you will. And then something interesting happens. So if you keep reading through this, because that sets up the, the tone for everything. But you have two things that are going to happen within this chapter. One of them occurs in; it’s still in chapter 7 beginning at verse 37 when Jesus talks about the, the living water, “If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.” And so I need to kind of clarify this now, because there’s a lot of pieces of information, and if you’re not, if you can’t connect the dots, it’ll be hard to follow along. So remember I just talked to you about the water libation and the pouring out of the water that became part of the Feast of Tabernacles. And here we have the One who basically is able to give the water of life speaking, and it’s during this time. He goes on to heal a man in chapter 9 that was born blind. And it is at this moment in this reference, if you read and you put this all together, the healing of the man born blind would have been on the eighth day. And why that’s important, when did I say the eighth day would have been? A Sabbath; see, otherwise you just read stuff and it’s like, “Oh, okay, what’s the big deal about that?” Right? So Jesus heals the man, and what is said, obviously Jesus speaks and He says, “I am come into this world, that they which see not might see.” And then of course we have the whole reference to Jesus being the light of the world. So we have two references that actually, because of the time they’re happening, they would almost see, there are dots we can’t connect because we don’t necessarily know the minutia of their celebrations. But imagine if you knew about the pouring out of the water and the libation and the prayers for water, for rain to be blessed by water, and the light that they lit, you’d see clearly that and this is happening at Tabernacle time, this passage we’re looking at from chapters 7 at least through 9 are occurring in this space of time. If you were one of these religious people and you were sitting back and you heard Jesus either, A) referring to Himself as saying, “Out of Me come the living waters,” or “I am the light of the world,” you would have actually taken that possibly in several different ways, not just the statement itself as blasphemy, but imagine in the backdrop of all the temple celebrations you would have, if you were a religious person and well versed, you would have said, “How dare He? He’s saying He’s the water when we are the ones who pour out the water, and we bless you with the water. And He says He’s the light, but we light the fires.” Do you see what I’m saying? This all occurred during this time. So why I think this is important is that they were up in arms, by the way, if you read this whole passage on Jesus healing the man, because the whole thing was you’re not to do any servile work. Now listen, they didn’t acknowledge Him as the Son of God, but if God is God, God can do whatever He wants. He can heal, He can not heal, He can whatever He wants. But I find it interesting because it’s the mindset of these people that they’d prefer to let somebody, an animal, or a human being suffer than for the person to be healed and not celebrate that healing. So they thought; they sought to kill Him because He did this on the Sabbath, amongst other things, as most of us know. So you start tying this together, and as I said, it becomes very interesting to me. So the temple needed to have, we’ll call it, artificial light for it to become full of joy and festivities. This temple, your temple, our temple, does not have to have artificial light. It has the true Light. See, these are all the things that you juxtapose and you realize that we could never separate ourselves. You know, not studying these set times, not studying the Tabernacle, you do yourself a disservice because you can see it’s almost like this was so woven into the fabric of what would be unfolded down the road that not knowing all of this substance, you start reading now, go back and you read about starting at the Tabernacles, the Feast of Tabernacles time, and you will see that there are a lot of details in there regarding light and water out of Jesus’ mouth that basically are pointing you to no, don’t look at the temple. Don’t look at the shadow. Don’t look at the, what is just for now. Look at who is the permanent source: Christ. So, the seventh day of the feast, unlike the other days where there would have been, as I was referring to what went on inside, three blasts of the silver trumpet, but on this day, on the seventh day, sounds three sets of seven blasts. And I think that’s also interesting, the number seven and three. Three, we did the numbers; three is divine manifestation, seven, is the number of completion or perfection. And if you want to put them together in any form, I guess you get 21, last time I checked, don’t call that racist. These numbers are also important. So, what’s not said for us, clearly, in a future time, at the Feast of Tabernacles, as I said, Zachariah spells out that that’s what’s going to happen in the future; not yet happened yet. I’m also imagining that these sounds will accompany that day. And if you don’t think that they’re somehow connected in the book of Revelation, I’ll let you dig that one out for yourself. They are. It’s very interesting. All right, so, we have some other things that I want to talk about now. And, if you remember, I started off by saying, ingathering or harvest time. So, there are enough references to this final chapter on planet Earth, if you want to call it that, final chapter in terms of biblically speaking, where final judgment on earth is viewed as a final harvest. And if you’ve been listening to me over any amount of time, I’ve repeated some of these Scriptures. Hosea 6:11 says, “He hath set a harvest for thee, when I return the captivity of my people.” Joel 3:13 says, “Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe.” And Revelation 14:15 says, “And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud,” and said, “Thrust in thy sickle, and reap . . . . for the harvest of the earth is ripe.” So, you know, I have, it’s a rhetorical question, but it is, I think I’ve asked this for the last few weeks. If people actually even entertain that there’s going to be a final harvest of souls, wouldn’t you want to be counted in it? I mean, that’s the logical person.Even if you’re not, see, people, say, “Well, I’m not religious, or I’m, I’m,” but then figure it out. So, think about it this way. Somebody who’s lazy, who doesn’t care, that’s the type of relationship you’ll have. Somebody who’s taken it upon themselves to cultivate, develop, get to know. You know, I actually know people like that. Have you ever met anybody who just, you know, they seem like they’re going to be really cool people, but they don’t really want to take the time to get to know you. They just sit there and they nod their head, or they’ll, if, if you eat food with them, they, they like to dine and dash, but they’re not really, they’re superficial people, right? Well, God’s not interested in superficial people. If that makes any point clear to you, if you’ve got friends like that, recognize you might be a little bit like God when you say, “I don’t like that,” because God doesn’t like it either. So, I have a quote here. It kind of paints the picture. What is said is, “It shall come to pass, that when the LORD shall beat off from the channel of the river unto the stream of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by one, O ye children of Israel. It shall come to pass in that day, the great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts of the land of Egypt, and ye shall worship the LORD in the holy mount of Jerusalem.” Very interesting, several times over Isaiah says these things, and it’s talking to us about a future time. This is why I said there’s no place now or tomorrow or next year or in the future for ego and pride in the kingdom. If you don’t know what you don’t know, recognize “I don’t have enough knowledge here.” It’s like; it’s like a survival thing, all right? We have no electricity. We have you have to be your own resources and figure things out. Now, do you wait until the last minute when everything goes wrong, or do you learn some basic skills along the way that will help you? I think that’s a rhetorical no-brainer, right? You’ll learn some basic skills. Otherwise, you’re going to be hoping and praying that you have some very generous neighbors.Never mind. All right, from the prophet Zechariah, he says, “And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, to keep the feast of tabernacles. And it shall be, that whichever families of the earth do not come up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, on them there will be no rain.” For those that do not come, I believe that’s not a reference simply to no water, but there will be no blessing upon them by God, ultimately in Christ because they refuse. They were told they must come up. They must perform this and they will not. Now that’s Zechariah 14:16, 17, 18; something like that. You decide. You can go at your own leisure and read that and see what you think that means. But not only does God demand that they come and do as He prescribed, but He also says, “You will come and you will bring offerings.” And this is why I, I get a little frustrated with people who seem to think that giving is just an add-on in Christianity. It was never an add-on in the Old and it was never an add-on in the New; it is intrinsic to our existence as believers. Ezekiel 37:27 says something like this, “My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.” And that reference is to none other than “my tabernacle” is speaking about Christ. You know, again, if you were reading the Old Testament and you couldn’t put together the symbolism, you might think, “My tabernacle” is in the; that’s the old tabernacle that Moses dragged around, that David dragged around. No, “My tabernacle shall be with them: yea, I will be their God, they shall be,” is speaking and referring to Christ. It goes on to say, “And the heathen shall know that I the LORD do sanctify Israel, with my sanctuary and I shall be in the midst of them.” Now, if you take that same look and you look at Revelation 21 and I believe it’s verse 3. And you’ll, you’ll have a similar statement, “I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.” Can you tell me; it’s a yes or no answer, can you tell me that you could read the Old Testament and not by reading the New, seeing that this is like a mirror? They are saying the same thing.I just read you a passage out of Ezekiel, Ezekiel 37:27 and 28, and Revelation 21:3, they’re saying the same thing. It’s like God was saying to the Old Dispensation, “I’ve revealed Myself,” if you want to call it in a hidden or cryptic way, until Christ put on flesh and let us know who He was. So this is why I say it’s, it’s kind of baffling that people would read the Old Testament and not, and not see, “Whoa! That’s Messiah right there, that’s Christ.” The other thing is, as I said, the Feast of Tabernacles, in my opinion, it’s very obvious the relationship and the connection to reveal Christ both in the New Testament as we know Him on the pages, and telling us about what will happen in the future because the pattern of what was established in the past is essentially going to be put out there. It’s almost like the whole Bible, I’ve said this before, is like bookends. What you had in the beginning, you will actually have in the end. So we had a tree set up, God said, “All this is yours, but this one tree, don’t touch it.” It’ll be the one tree for the healing of nations.Everything is like a bookend. What they had as perfect unity with God in the beginning and then the fall occurred, in the end we have, we are once more reconciled back with perfect unity. So how could you not look at the Old and say, “That’s where Christ is”? All the minute details, and then you go back into the New and you put them together and you’ve got this incredible portrait that’s not black and white, it is full of color and gives you a deeper understanding. And remember I said, water and light, so let me go back to that for a second because these two things became part and parcel of the celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles. When I just quoted from John 7, Jesus says, “He who believes in me, out of his heart will flow the living water.” And He says that many times about the living water. Out of, out of you it shall flow, right? You even have, interestingly enough, something that the prophet Jeremiah says ties all of this together. So, bear with me. It’s a little complicated to tie these details together because they’re far away, but when you bring them all together you can see the connection. Jeremiah says, “My people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and have hewed themselves cisterns, broken cisterns, which hold no water.” So, remember, part of this celebration is the pouring out of the water which basically brings you to Christ. And Christ says out of Him this, this essential part of life that now flows out of us. We are, we are not empty, broken, hewn-out cisterns pouring water as a libation like works. We have received the Spirit of God. There’s this great connection for this. So Jesus was telling us essentially, Jesus, not me, “I’m the source. I am essentially the river of life out of which all things that you need flow and I shall impart them to you. Do not try and make it for yourself.” Otherwise, you embody what Jeremiah was saying about the people of the Old Testament. They were just that. Now if they really had care and concern, I’m going to say this again, would they have grafted onto? God didn’t make the libation of water and God didn’t make the celebration of light. That belongs to Hanukkah and to other festivities. So why did they do this? Was it not enough to sacrifice 203 or 215 animals and to go along with God’s prescribed way of moving out of your house? But these were things that actually were lacking in the equation that were not, we’ll call, we’ll say, revealed about Christ. So how interesting that man grafts on the water libation and the fire for this particular celebration that God did not institute like this, as if the people were saying, now they’re not saying this, but as if the people were saying, “There’s a little part that was left out about Christ here, except we don’t know what His name is and we don’t actually know who He is and we won’t actually say that He’s Messiah because we, we don’t think so.But we’ll graft these things on,” which are actually revealing Christ as well. I just think it’s kind of mind-boggling to me. And we must see Christ’s words in proper context when He says out of the individual will flow the rivers or the live water or living water. The same thing is true of the light when Jesus says, “I’ll be, I will give you as a light to the Gentiles,” or “that you may be my salvation to the ends of the earth.” The concept of light and water is permeated through everything that Jesus says. So if you kind of put this all together, it, it paints a picture. And the Feast of Tabernacles, as I’ve said; don’t get me wrong, all of these feasts, set times mark out something. The Passover talks about the sacrifice of Christ. If the children of Egypt were delivered out of Egypt’s bondage and then set free, we are delivered out of the bondage of the world, of sin and the world through Christ our Passover. Or the Day of Atonement, which I spoke on last week, Yom Kippur, which for the children of Israel could only be a covering for the year, yet Christ when He died, my sins, past, present, and future were laid upon Him and they were taken away; they weren’t just covered. So, the Feast of Tabernacles is speaking on some, we’ll call it much deeper level about the work of Christ; not just the work that He did while He was here, but the work that is yet to be done in the final harvest of souls on earth. And the fact that He, throughout the pages, says, “I am light. I am, I am the true,” and fill in the blanks because He, He is the source of all, which leads you back, if you want to go back there to creation; He was there too.But my biggest thing here, it’s kind of a tragedy that when He came and told the people essentially, or was revealing in, in part who He was, that they didn’t listen. And again, these people who were steeped in these ceremonies couldn’t look and not be blind, to not see. This is the this is the walking, living fulfillment of what God spoke of, very interesting. So, starting at the close of Tabernacles or thereabouts is a celebration that takes you through the reading of the law in a cycle that when you get back the following year, you should have completed all the reading. If it took you that long, you may be a slow reader. Anyway, I think to bring all of these messages to a close, what I, what I want to say to you is, and the reason why this, all of these set times just speak to me, and they actually kind of, they, in some ways have set a fire inside of me because it’s exciting to see when you start getting into the detail, and these were not exhaustive messages by any means, but when you start getting into, and there’s much more detail, all of these minute details point to Christ. All of these point to His work, His ministry, and whether it is healing, cleansing, whatever it is, salvation, it’s all there. So when somebody says, “Well, I’d prefer to study the New Testament,” my answer is always going to be this. You must read Old and New together, and you’ll find that, as I’ve said many times, what is put out in the Old Testament may be as not a crystal clear picture, in some cases like the tabernacle, it’s crystal clear. But God in His mind when He was speaking, when people were writing, there was only one thought at the back of all this, or maybe at the front, and that was Christ. Christ was there all along. You may say, “Well, but, but Christ wasn’t in the flesh yet.” That’s true, and we have many revelations of Christ as a Christophany or a Theophany in appearance, but without the flesh, perhaps as an angelic being or bright and radiant. But in any case, the most important thing that I can tell you is these set times tell me something so important about the return of our Lord, and that is where I’m just going to take one second, then I’ll be done. See, you could start off by saying, “Well, I looked at all the feasts and I studied them, and I can see how they all reflect Christ.” The Feast of Tabernacles, however, paints a little bit different picture so that when you’re reading with caution, and I said, please, in your own leisure, read the closing chapters of Zechariah, because it paints the picture of when Jesus’ feet touch down, when He returns and His feet touch down on the Mount of Olives, geographically how the land will be changed. Water that does not flow from underneath the temple will flow from the temple; there, another symbol of water coming out from the source going, going out from, not coming into.So if somebody says to me, “Well, why should I study this?” Because your future actually depends on it, because with everything else that is going on in the world where people are contemplating, “Are we heading to World War III? Or what’s going to happen? Will I be broke next week? Or will, whatever political situation “it doesn’t, I hate to say it, it matters, of course it matters for our beloved country, for our citizens, for the people who actually are patriots and love this land. But in the bigger picture, further removed from this, there is looking ahead to a distant time. No one knows what’s going to happen, the dates, you know, the Bible says, no one knows the exact date of Christ’s return. But He’s coming back and the Feast of Tabernacles, probably above all, Trumpets and Tabernacles tell me we better pay attention. If all the other feasts have been fulfilled in past and in the present as they occurred with possible future fulfillment, some of them yes and some of them not, not completely like Tabernacles, we need to pay attention. That tells me that; people say, “Well, how do I know?” If God’s word has been right and accurate, we’ll say up to 95 percent offhand this is not a crystal ball where you’re predicting, but if God’s word has been right about future events; just think about the unfolding of history as we, one time when we studied the book of Daniel to see the successive kingdoms that had not yet been birthed or collapsed and Daniel paints them as clear as day.He speaks about people like the spirit or if you want to call it the spirit of Antichrist or the spirit that was in Alexander the Great conquered the then-known world. All of these things that you have to look at and you have to almost step back and say, “Well, if all of that has been fulfilled and this feast is looking for a future time, then my message to people would be, think very carefully about what you do with the time that remains.” And the time that remains could be a year, it could be a hundred years, but whatever that time is, it’s remaining. It’s not like there’s an infinitesimal time in front of us. And I don’t want to be gloom and doom because I say to you with, with great joy, someone who is in Christ, they need not worry; they will be with Him.You have life eternal. You will live with Him forever. This isn’t like, “Oh, let’s click our heels and hope for the best.” It’s what’s been revealed here. So what I’m saying to you is anybody who’s not redeeming the time right now, I’m not telling you, spend every living hour in this book. I’m not telling you, “Go and live in a cloister somewhere.” I’m not telling you that, but I’m saying, “Make time.” You make time for everything else. You make time to look at your darn phone every day, check your emails, go on social media for whatever five minutes that you do, which probably turns into an hour, then you’ve got time to sit down and at least read a little bit to get to know, because that’s how you get to know God. You sit down and you study and start reading His book, and maybe you don’t start by studying, you just start by reading. And you read where you can, getting to know the big picture. What was the meaning here? What was the take? What, what was it that God was wanting these people to know that He wants me to know? Once those things start taking hold something interesting happens. You start to think of the future radically different. I do not know what’s going to happen next year or next month or even tomorrow, but I know who will be with me. I know who’s going to see me through. And like many of you who’ve seen that picture of the two footprints in the sand, there’s only one person walking, that’s each and every one of us.So think about it. It’d be kind of silly to not say, “I’m going to take this time and learn all I can,” because when the time comes, I will, I will recognize. I will know Him. I will also know who the false prophet is. I will also know who the Antichrist is. I will know and I will recognize these things. And the spirit of Antichrist, which is already working in the land, I will recognize that too, not as some good thing for the citizens so we can all become better globalists or better communists. But yeah, I know I said it. It’s very hard, you know, to control this mouth and try to censor myself, okay? And if I really let loose, you’d probably all be like, “Ooh, I’m going out the door.” But I’m a real person and what you see is what you get in my care. And my concern is for those people who have not yet come to that place; and I’m not an evangelist saying, “If you died today,” I’m not; I don’t do that. I am saying, consider the fact that God was gracious enough for some reason to have you listen today to say, “Maybe I need to take this thing seriously. Maybe I didn’t hear all the other messages she preached, but this one is now telling me I should try and get to know God a little bit more.” And maybe you’re already on that journey. I don’t know, but if you haven’t started, today is a good day to say, “This could be the first day, not just of the rest of my life, but the first day, literally, of eternity because I started today to get to know the One who will be with me, take care of me, and see me through”” I don’t know what else to tell you except these are wonderful messages to learn more about Him and I hope you’ll go back, listen again, and it’s, as always, we come to an end of a series and I kind of feel like, “Huh, now what?” Well, you’ll have to be here next week to find out what that will be.That’s my message. The Passover Seder Correlates to Christ

foreign in Judaism even today every year if people are adhering to this and they’re still keeping a Passover they are recounting this whole passage in what is called a Passover Haggadah it’s a little book that kind of Chronicles the the Passover Exodus story if you will and then there is the main meal and it’s very interesting because if you if someone were to analyze and many people have but if you were in your own time to analyze you could see that a lot of the things that are being consumed at this Passover seder actually have some correlation to the New Testament as well so it’s kind of interesting they actually correlate in many ways to Christ because Christ as Paul says in the New Testament Christ Our Passover [Music] hmm coming to this house [Music] today coming to this houseAs found on YouTubehttps://is.gd/cgc_9_8_prescreen_submissionMy 6-step formula for GCSE exam success. How Are Sins Being Forgiven?

foreign [Music] God clearly says without the shedding of blood the remaineth no more remission for sin so the big question is if somebody is leaning into the Old Testament how are sins being forgiven that’s the big question mark and if you look in rabbinical literature it’s all over the map but clearly God gave a prescription for that that ceased and it’s no accident that at the coming of Christ some what three plus hundred years after the close of the Old Testament there is no new prescription there’s only the Forerunner to Christ that basically points to him and says Behold the Lamb of God the perfect Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world and you have to remember that there was no new testament at the time so that’s coming from a hebraic mouth there was no Christianity then so people who will blatantly ignore that are blatantly ignoring the big picture God said I have a new way that the Son of God came to tent inhuman flesh and ultimately his death on the cross became what Paul refers to as Christ Our Passover there is no more book of Hebrews says there is no more need to keep doing these offerings One Singular one suffice for the world and whether you turn to Christ or not whether somebody looks to Christ or not he paid it past present and future those who look to him the Bible clearly says are basically saved by his shed blood [Music] [Music] coming through this houseCreate Animated Whiteboard & Motion Video Promos Ads & Sales Letters In Minutes! 37.⁰⁰

Matthew 11:28-30 – Quit Making Excuses for Not Coming into the Church

every single person in this building including yours truly we’re all Sinners being saved by grace there is no distinction if you will between I’m sorry your sexual identity keep it to yourself is that not plain enough why do why is it necessary to walk around talking about it live your life and quit making excuses for not coming into the church by way of saying well you know the church will reject me no that’s man’s ideology don’t you think it’s a little bit odd that if Jesus said come unto me all who labor on our heavy laden that means whosoever will whoever can hear that can answer that’s pretty darn inclusive to me don’t you think that’s not saying only white can come only black can come only Asian can come or only whatever your colorist can come it says whosoever will and whoever labors come unto me if you’re heavy laden I’ll give you rest again interesting that that word is part of the sabbathing concept I’m tired of the church bending its knee to the pressure of a small swath of society that is saying You must do this I’m tired of passing by churches that have sorry that have a rainbow flag in front of it not because I despise whatever a person’s choice is but the Church of Jesus Christ is the Church of Jesus Christ it is not the Church of diversity for your sake it is his prerogative to say come unto me whosoever will answer and we are not to decide now who are we including or not that’s been the problem with the fundamentalist Church it has scared away more people by its erroneous legalistic teaching and then you’ve got the church on the other side that wants to be cool and appeal to everybody so let’s just get something straight you know if you’re gonna start studying this book you can’t have it both ways and this is part of what I’ve been saying a huge problem you know God used the rainbow just think about this God used the rainbow as a covenant to tell Noah he would never flood the Earth again and why was the earth flooded because God said evil is in man’s heart and you’re going to lift up that Banner that God said is his Covenant to not do harm to the Earth and make it by the way it’s Too Many Colors there’s too many numbers there I think six versus seven I’m not quite sure what the number is in terms of the college it’s irrelevant it’s usurping something that I’m sorry doesn’t belong to anyone except God and and the Church of Jesus Christ is the Church of Jesus Christ it’s not the Church of now let’s check the boxes here we have to have a special flag for these people and a special flag for these people and I’m sorry and where does Jesus fit into this equation can you make room for him because if you make room for him you don’t need a separate flag it’s all means all God fraud let’s lest you think that I’m off on some tension somewhere when God said through the pen or the mouth of the Apostles when the day of Pentecost was fully come that Harvest Time swung open the doors because the Holy Spirit was sent out released if you will to equip the Saints for Ministry to be able to speak and to share and to preach and to teach as Jesus ascended and as the first Disciples of Christ started to make their way out into all lands of the earth to begin preaching the gospel so if you think about it there the prophetic meaning of the day of Pentecost means the Harvest is still ongoing which means the church I’m sorry to tell you this is not dying like the media that’s controlled by some other Force you want to talk about the prince of the power of the air you can talk about it there to whether it is in print or on TV or on your social devices to tell you the church is dying people are not interested now I find it really radically interesting because I’m watching the church not necessarily in the building but on the outside through the internet through all of our different tentacles grow like crazy and you tell me that there’s not a conspiracy to try and program people so that they might actually believe it it’s propaganda the day of Pentecost fully come means this Harvest time is still ongoing until God says I’m done which may be coming soon by the way but my point is we have to look at the prophetic so both the practical and the prophetic when we’re investigating these things now sorry for that little sidebar but it’s to tell you there are certain things that God says this is mine or this is what I’m asking you to do don’t modify it you know every time we try and touch something and fix something we think is broken for God all we’re doing is making it worse and by the way the matter has only been made worse by all these people out there who say they’re not included I don’t know about you but I’m actually tired of it there is nobody here at least not in this building that said no you’re not included I think I’ve said to you the criteria for coming in this door is you realize and you recognize every single person in this building including yours truly we’re all Sinners being saved by grace there is no distinction if you will between I’m sorry your sexual identity keep it to yourself is that not plain enough why do why is it necessary to walk around talking about it live your life and quit making excuses for not coming into the church by way of saying well you know the church will reject me no that’s man’s ideology Christ said come unto me and again the Harvest is still ongoing so if you are not going to make up a word here if you’re not being harvested if you’re not being brought in it may not be because you’re not hearing the word of God don’t blame the preacher although I do put blame there but it may be that you yourself are making excuses because whatever your ignorance is towards the church it’s time for you to stop that and grow up and at least recognize that the True Church of Jesus Christ doesn’t have to wear a special robe with chains or with a ceremony the True Church of Jesus Jesus Christ quotes exactly what I said come unto me all who labor and are heavy laid and I shall give you rest take of my yoke and he talks about his burden and when we come in we realize you know what all this other stuff out there doesn’t matter there’s only one thing that does am I getting to know him that I can understand what he’s done see it know it take it to myself he’s already accepted me once I’ve come and now there’s no more I have to be included that’s something made up by people who would like to create more divisive attitudes in the church take down the flags outside of the church there should be only one thing one Banner one reason for coming in the church and it’s not because there’s a special flag it’s because you’re coming in the door of a place that’s called The Church of Jesus Christ the people who belong to the Lord period I know it’s not my fault it’s not my fault that I get angry about this okay I think that’s righteous indignation you cannot you know too many people blaming God for things and then I’m sorry you’ve got people who are just flat out attacking Christians and the Christian church and I’ll dare to say it because nobody else publicly is doing it that would never happen to a synagogue or a mosque never but it’s happening to Christian churches into Christian pastors into Christian people all over in this country specifically it’s happening all over the globe but specifically here so if you think about it I have reason to have righteous indignation towards what I see as blatant blasphemy in an attempt basically to desecrate what should be regarded as sacred I’m not talking about the sanctimonious type The Silver Trumpets Proclaim the Finished Work of Christ

God has always had and will always have a remnant faithful to Him. They may not understand perfectly. They may not know everything because there are, there are people, it says here there are people that when they heard, they cried. Some people didn’t understand, but they still gathered. You know, I’d even say to some of my listeners, so people say, “I don’t understand everything you’re saying.” Then you were part of the people who were gathered on Ezra and Nehemiah’s day who gathered, and they didn’t understand. You part of the people who gather all the time until God gives what I call the Holy Spirit understanding. The lights are turned on and suddenly all the pieces that you couldn’t put together all come together and make sense. So don’t give up. ♪ ♪ Today we’re going to be looking at the theme of trumpets, which occupied a conspicuous part of the ceremonies prescribed by God. The first real description that you get of the trumpets is in Numbers 10. So, if you want to turn there, and you will hear me say this again later, we must understand the difference between silver trumpets made of one piece, which I’ll read in a second, made of one piece of metal versus the shofar, a ram’s horn. And there’s a third term in the Hebrew language for horn. They all do different things. They’re not the same. You wouldn’t use the trumpet the same way you would use the shofar and vice versa. So, in Numbers 10, “Lord Spake unto Moses, saying, make these two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them,” so one, one piece, “thou mayest use them for calling the assembly,” that’s number one, “and for the journeying of the camps.” So, I’ll, I will go through this again because there are several itemized purposes for the trumpets. But here are two of them: calling the assembly, and when it was time to march and to move, you’d hear the trumpets sound. “And when they shall blow with them, all the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. And if they blow but with one trumpet, then the princes which are heads of the thousands of Israel, shall gather themselves unto thee. When you blow an alarm, then the camps that lie on the east parts shall go forward. When you blow an alarm the second time, the camps that lie on the south side shall take their journey: they shall blow an alarm for their journeys. But when the congregation is to be gathered, ye shall blow, but ye shall not sound an alarm.” So, there were differences, whether it was a whole long sound or could have been short sounds broken up they had the distinction. So, you knew if you heard a particular sound, you knew what it meant. “The sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow the trumpets; and they shall be to you for an ordinance forever throughout your generations.” Now remember I said to you, “An ordinance forever,” right when that’s said there, you’ve got to pay attention because anything that God says “forever,” “for your generations” tells us there is a future fulfillment to this. You always must look for that. So here “It is an ordinance forever throughout your generations. And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppressed you, then you shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered; ye shall be remembered before the LORD your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies. Also, in the day of your gladness, and your solemn days, and the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: for I am the LORD your God.” So, it’s interesting here. The trumpets were made at God’s expressed and direct orders or command in the way they were to be made, in one piece. The purpose for which they were to be used, we have here several; the calling of an assembly, the journeying of the camp, the sounding of an alarm for warning, new moons, and festival occasions when they were to be sounded along with other offerings and sacrifices. So, the first day of the seventh month is called the “Feast of Trumpets,” the third in the solemn festival celebrated annually. Now in the nineteenth chapter of the book of Exodus, if you want to turn there, we can turn there and check out what I’m talking about. In the nineteenth chapter, we have the first mention of the trumpet to summon the children of Israel. And what is important is to realize that when God says, “Thus and so,” all right, there’s always a purpose. There’s nothing here that’s just in there randomly. “It came to pass in the third day in the morning, there were thunders and lightning, a thick cloud upon the mountain, the voice of the trumpet exceedingly loud, so that all the people in the camp trembled.” Now we have the summoning of the people. They’re all going to be gathered around to hear and to listen to what’s happening. So God appoints it as a sign that the people should approach the mount.I believe verse 13, right, says here, “When the trumpet sounded long, they shall come unto the mount.” And again in 9━19:19. “the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spoke, and God answered him by a voice.” So, it’s interesting. We have what I would call a very, very novel thing, the first time we’re encountering it here. And of course, at His voice, the sounding of the trumpet, and then His voice they either marched or halted. At His voice, they attacked their enemies. At His voice, they assembled themselves. But it was the sounding of the trumpet that began, “Here are the orders,” right? Or “Here’s what we’re doing,” by the sound of the trumpet, what sound it was. When the trumpet summoned them to a holy convocation in the wilderness, it was at one point the commemoration of them being gathered out of Egypt. And if you remember the last couple of set times, I’ve been talking about commemorating that. God says, “Don’t forget. I want you to remember.” It seems like this is always being brought up somewhere in what God is saying, “Don’t forget.Remember what I did.” So, it’s interesting, “Blow the trumpet in the new moon, and the appointed time, and our solemn feast days.” If the trumpet was likened to Him that spoke, God from heaven, in His voice, His call summons us today to trust Him. Why? Because the trumpets have in our time a symbol. The trumpet usually, if you see the trumpet, it’s a symbol of the gospel, the clarion call to all who will hear. And here’s the interesting thing, you know, if a trumpet blows and you don’t have a reaction, you either have no hearing or you have no hearing. No, I mean that. I’m not joking. You either have no hearing as the apparatus is not working or you’re spiritually dead; pick one, okay? Silver trumpets are always seen, as I said, as a gospel connection, trumpets, and the gospel of Jesus Christ. The command to make them came from God, so this is not some manmade thing. These are the other things we’re looking for. When we’re studying, we’re looking for where things come from. And if we can trace the origins back into this book, great, but if we can’t, and somebody says, “Well, that’s, that’s part of my faith.” Well, that’s good for you, but it doesn’t belong because it’s, it’s not coming from here. And if you say, “Well, that’s kind of a being a purist.” Yeah, I’m tired of people having put so much garbage into the church that they’re confused about why we’re here. We’re here to learn about God. We’re here to get to know God better in an intimate way that when we talk about trumpets, you don’t just envision that there’s a trumpet and Wah, Wah, or whatever’s going on, but you, you get the idea that God from the beginning was saying in the Old Testament, if you want to superimpose these words on top of what we’ve been studying, “This is My beloved Son in whom I’m well pleased and you don’t know Him yet, you haven’t seen Him yet, but He’s coming.” That’s all that is being said right here in the Old Testament because otherwise, it’s like, okay, I get the trumpet part because you’ve got to summon the people, but all these other things, why celebrate them in perpetuity? So, I think there’s a lot more here. The trumpets proclaim the finished work of Christ. He is our sacrifice. He is our offering. He did it all. And think of it this way, currently, we’re not yet in the book of Revelation with the seven trumpets, we’re not there yet, but even there, that’s, you see, that’s why I say to people, “Aw, it’s just a collection of stories.” Well, that’s interesting, I think, then John must have been very well, well, well, well, well versed on shadows and types because he’s talking about these seven trumpets that must be blown, each one of them, in connection to an event that will happen in the end times, which this is why it’s paramount you put all this together.God didn’t just produce what Paul didn’t produce, the sound or last trump. What do you think that means? Do you think that means that all these trumpets are sounded in the book of Revelation and then there’ll be a final one? Or in the order, because numbers are important, seven becomes the complete number. You’ll find that numbers are embedded in the Old Testament as well as in the New because that number has the symbol of something complete. That’s why people say, “Oh, we can’t know what’s going to happen.” Oh yes, we do. Now if you don’t want to believe it, that’s your problem and that’s okay. We’ll see who’s right when all the stuff starts hitting the fan. We’ll see, you know, when people say, “Well, how could so much of the earth, for example, be wiped out?” Well, you know, God can accomplish His purposes through a diversity of things. Remember sometimes to teach a lesson to the children of Israel, He used God’s enemies. He used the children of Israel’s enemies, brought in the Chaldeans, brought in the Assyrians, and brought in the Babylonians to teach them or to carry out His words. So, you don’t think for a minute that God can’t use current things happening now to bring on the annihilation of a third of the earth? You don’t think that He can do it that way? Because He can when we talk about vials being poured out. So, it’s important to put all this together, not read this as a fragmented book. It’s a whole story being unfolded for us and when you see the whole picture, I don’t know how you can just say, “Well, I only want to read that.” It doesn’t make sense to me, but that’s your prerogative. So, on the Feast of Trumpets, no servile work was to be done, but they were to offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord. This was to be a reminder of both the deliverance from Egypt’s bondage as well as their being separated apart to God for service. Remember what I told you and most of you old timers know this, “holiness: something that is set apart” That doesn’t mean, “Oh, I’m ho-o-o-wo-wo-wo” That’s not what that means. “Holiness” means you have been, from both the Hebrew and the Greek, you have been set apart. God said, “I want you and I’m going to take you and I’m going to use you. And you may not be a pastor, a priest, or minister; I’m going to use you for whatever I determine I’m going to use you for.” That’s holiness unto the Lord. That’s being set apart for Him. So, when I say that it’s important to understand that this feast is a reminder of that as well. So, from the captivity for us of the world, the flesh and the devil, the gospel delivers us. I’ve been mentioning this for weeks when people say, “Well, how do I relate to the children of Israel being delivered out of Egypt’s bondage?” Well, you were delivered out of the bondage of the world to be able to see things that the world cannot see, hear things the world cannot hear, bear things the world cannot bear. Do you realize that most Christians, most Christians, not all Christians, because some have not been taught, they’re Christian in name only, but we’re able, especially these days, to look at something, and I’m sorry to say it like this when you see devilish-looking men wearing makeup, dancing half-naked in front of children if you can’t tell me that that’s not demonic. Now, I don’t think you need to be a Christian to be able to identify that as demonic. That’s demonic. But there are, there are factions of people that stand and applaud and think it’s entertainment. So, tell me something, would you bring that same child into a strip club? That’s demonic, okay? So, we must put things in perspective, and as Christians, we’re able to do that based on what we stand on. I said that in my opening comments. So, Christ is the deliverer, not just for those who have been delivered, but He’s the deliverer to those who don’t yet know Him. It is interesting if you listen to some of these testimonies, I’m not a testimonial person, I’m not, but in the last week somebody sent me a whole bunch of links and one of them was Alice Cooper being interviewed. And he was, Greg Laurie was interviewing him, okay? But what was interesting is that Alice Cooper says, “Well, you know, I’m not Alice Cooper anymore.” But then he goes on to say, he was Alice Cooper for a reason, so he could understand now what he now knows, because he’s a Christian now, and he can see as plain as day.And in this interview, he says basically that God put him where he is, where he was so that he can talk to people that are not where he is since he’s, converted. And there were at least six other incredibly famous musicians, rockers, or others that were in this string of interviews. So, the key thing is a lot of times we forget, as God delivered us, as God delivered the children of Israel, God can deliver our country, can deliver all the lunacy and the insanity. He can. It’s going to take a whole bunch of praying and a whole bunch of people standing by the book and by the word of God to say, “He can, He does; nothing’s impossible.” And that was the mindset, by the way, at least initially the children of Israel. Now, of course, you know, subsequently they complained and they, they become a thorn in God’s side. Eventually, God just says, like, “I have had enough.” But the Deliverer, back to where I was, can deliver no matter who you are and where you’re at.That’s the key point here. Now, back to the trumpets, they were to be blown on the first day of every month, and this was the seventh month, the seventh time the trumpet would be sounded. So, as I said, number seven implies consummation, something complete or final, bringing us to the dispensation of the fullness of times, the times of restitution of all things spoken by the prophets since the beginning of time. In the book of Revelation, which I’ve been mentioning, we find this culmination of the ages, and it’s comprised of a book with seven seals. The events that will unfold around these seven seals are revealed by the sound of seven trumpets. Again, do you think that the sounding, the revelation of those seven, we’ll call them things to be made known, do you believe that they are part of the gospel, even though they are not positive in their carrying out? Because they are they are the final judgment and punishment upon the earth for all of those who would not look unto Him. So, that’s still part of the gospel. You could say, well, how could that be good news? Well, the good news is that God gets the victory. That’s the good news. But under these events, we have the restoration of Israel and the destruction of the apostate nations and peoples under all of this. You know, I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago, the image that is painted for us in the book of Revelation where we read about the, it’s the apostate church, the woman all decked out in purple. Now you tell me again, it’s rhetorical, you tell me that the church of Jesus Christ is still the church of Jesus Christ when you let every type of debauchery come in the door and be uttered. You tell me it’s still the church of Jesus Christ. That’s an apostate church with no reason for being. Why? Because the church is the people that belong to the Lord; they are His and they are, we are gathered to learn about Him not to learn about the stuff of the world. So, we have in all of this in these events, as I said, the restoration of Israel, the destruction of the apostate nations, and peoples, and the ultimate glorification of those that trusted in His holy name. And the Scriptures will be truly fulfilled where it says we read that the dead are going to rise. And I spoke about that in the First Fruits. We need to get a hold of this. These days all represent something they represented what God wanted them to be in their day, but they represent something of a coming time. So, getting to know and understand and parsing them, I would recommend on each of these set times, spending a little time each week. You start studying the feasts because in them when you start reading between the lines, I said this is about the tabernacle, you’re going to start seeing more things that link you to Christ than they do to the law. Even though the law is there, you’re going to see more things that are pointing and linking you to Christ with Scriptures that will be popping into your head, saying, “Wow, I never made that connection before.” Once you start reading it like that, it becomes abundantly clear. Now we have the high holiday of Rosh Hashanah, which has its roots in the Bible, never being referred to as the Rosh Hashanah, but rather Zikhron Teruah, which is the memorial of the blowing of the trumpets or Yom Teruah, Numbers 29, the day of the blowing of the trumpets. So just so that everyone can say, “Yup, I saw it with my own eyes.” “The seventh month, on the first day of the month, ye shall have a holy convocation, you shall do no servile work: it is a day of blowing the trumpets unto you.” Okay, so there you have the Scripture that starts.Versions 1-6 make up the complete set until you move on to the next set time. But when we talk about Rosh Hashanah, that simply means “the head,” Rosh, or Resh, “the head,” and Hashanah “of the new year,” Hashanah; that simply means “the head of the beginning of the year,” but it’s, it’s, this designation was not used as we use it, was not used until the second century, or more than 1,500-plus years after its implementation. Not that that’s a sad thing, just a little fact here. When the temple was destroyed in 70 A.D., its observance was radically altered like many of the other Jewish set times, or what God set out here as the children of Israel’s responsibility. With the absence of the temple, I’ve said offering ceased, and many of the worship practices ceased. But as a result, many synagogues that still fled the city popped up in other places, and we know because we have good archeological evidence of these synagogues peppered throughout, especially Asia Minor. But we begin to see expanded liturgy, new traditions, and practices put in place instead of what would go on in the temple. Now that’s an important thing, and I’m going to tell you why. You could say, “Well, sometimes we have to do what we have to do; it’s a necessity.” But let me ask this question. Now if you or I were steeped in the prescribed methods that God gave and they were perpetuated properly, and we were all dispersed, do you not think, just maybe more of a rhetorical question, but do you not think if God said, “You’re going to offer a ram and a lam” or whatever it is that you’ve to offer or you’re to do, that even if you didn’t have the temple, if you were still trying to please God, much will say like a la Abraham way before any of this, no tabernacle, no temple, but God said basically to kill these animals. Why wouldn’t that have continued? No one stopped anybody from doing any of that. It was only because the set place that God established had been silenced. But the question remains, and this is, this is a question for the ages. Why didn’t those people who were practicing, why did they stop? And you can’t say, “Oh because there was no more temple.” Because who are we? If we don’t have a building, we’re still the people that belong to God. And this has always been my disconnect as I start reading this. I ask myself the question, was it just easier for them to say, “Aw, you know, we’ll make up other things you can do. We’re not doing that anymore. We’ll make up other things.” Well, is that; are these other things of God? Okay, so everybody answered the same thing, silence. That’s to say that that’s where you have a big problem. It’s the same problem that you have with the Catholic Church, okay? So if you go back and you start studying the history of the Catholic Church, and I, I’m a big fan of this, I love studying history, but you can begin to see where layers of things begin to be added on because either “We don’t know what to do, so we’ll just make it up and no one will know because we’re the experts and nobody else has a book or any scroll or anything else to argue with us,” or “You know, that sounds good. That’ll put more money in our coffers. We’ll just charge them a little extra tax and we’ll call it some, something,” okay? So, this is my problem when you get into modern practices. Now, forgive me, but I’m going to repeat this a third time because it is overwhelming. How can you say you’re celebrating or you’re practicing a religion when the bulk of what your religion and practice is about, have stopped? “Well, it’s, it’s in my heart.” Okay. It’s in my heart too. You get my point, right? (Yes, ma’am) Okay. So having said that this is why it’s important for, if I have a ton of Jewish listeners, all I’m asking you to do is think.I’m not trying to tell you bad or, or good. I’m just saying think about this. If God wanted these festivities to keep going in the exact prescribed method, He would have made a way for them to do so, but rather He knew that this all pointed to something else. They refused to see that. That’s why there’s no more. There’s no more for you until the last temple is finally built and the worship that will take place in Ezekiel’s temple is very important because when you go back and you start reading what Ezekiel spells out, there are, I’ve told you this before, items are missing and we know why the items are missing because the items represent Christ. While all these people are saying, “Well, we’ve got to find the Ark of the Covenant, which is important to us.” Why didn’t Ezekiel mention it then if it’s going to be found? Just saying, just an idea, right? Okay. But you’d have to read this book to figure that one out. So having said that, in the Old Testament, this festival we’re talking about coincided with the civil New Year. So, the old Hebrew calendar, Rosh Hashanah occurred on the first day of Tishri, the seventh month. That’s equivalent to our September/mid-October. And then Israel’s two other autumn feasts or set days took place only days later, Yom Kippur, the great Day of Atonement, which I will talk about in another setting. On Tishri, the tenth, and the fifteenth of the same month, the Feast of Tabernacles all clustered together. And this is what I find also remarkable. Most of these events, except for Passover, of course, most of these events happen in the September/October period on our, our present calendar, which is why if people start talking about set times or if they talk about December twenty-fifth, they go I’m like, “Nah, nah, nah, nah.” Okay.Because I’m only interested in what’s going to happen in September or October, okay? Because these times still need to be fulfilled. And I have said this more than once before. Christ’s return must happen on one of these set times. And this time, if you think about it, this set time falls on the seventh month or the seventh, you’ve got the seventh time the trumpet will be blown in the calendar year if you will. And it lines up with everything else. So, if somebody says to me, “Well, what’s so special about September/October?” I make September/October more special than I do December. Why? Because that’s the one I’m looking for. You know, who knows? No one knows the day or the time, but that’s about the time that we’re dealing with. And when I say that it’s just like Christ had to die at a set time to fulfill the Passover, not just in type, but in time that the day, the precision of the date, these things must be fulfilled as well.So that’s why you just can’t study this. And I don’t know, it’s, it’s as I said, it’s baffling to me. But the biblical record, the Feast of Trumpets was a one-day celebration, but for the dispersed community, which we know we had the diaspora, some holidays had ambiguous days tacked on to them. That’s because the people had gotten confused regarding the calendar, much like we do, right, between the two calendars. And that’s why you’ll hear people arguing about which year Christ was born and which year Christ was crucified because we not only had a change in calendars, but if you think about it, the reckoning of time was done, when you read about it, we’re talking about how a Sabbath was calculated from sundown to sunup. So, we’re talking about lunar and solar methodology and not chronology by someone’s calculations otherwise. So, this is why we have a disconnect in our calendar. This is why you have, for example, two or three separate times of Christians celebrating Easter around the world. We’re all on different calendars. Hello. So that does make a difference. But what shouldn’t make a difference is September/October, I don’t care what language or where you live, September/October is September/October anywhere in the world. Those are important windows. Okay, so just remember that for the future because at some point we’re going to take these feasts and we’re going to import them into the New Testament and we’re going to see how they all stack up.But right now, we’re focused on the New and dabbling a little bit; focused on the Old, dabbling a little bit in the New. So, the start of each Hebrew month was dependent on the sighting of the new moon. This could be a problem like if the weather, say it, was cloudy or if there wasn’t an abundantly qualified witness. So, you’ve got a lot of issues to attest to, certain things that we would just know in our day of technology look up in the sky and it’s nothing ambiguous about it, right? Once we moved to temple time, so we’re, we’ve moved away from the tabernacle, we’re in temple times, a burnt offering would be offered on Rosh Hashanah, a young bull, a ram, and seven lambs.A kid goat was also sacrificed as an offering for sin. These were in addition to what was already prescribed for daily sacrifices along with the offerings for a new moon. Let me pause right there because somebody will talk about this and say, “Well, what about the new moon?” Do you remember when Paul said, “Don’t let anybody judge you in this, don’t let anybody tell you anything”? That’s because, I want you to think about this, the new moon became something irrelevant in Paul’s understanding, which I understand what he was trying to say. We’re not focused anymore on the new moon. We’re not focused anymore on ━we’re focused on one singular person and that’s Christ. We’re not looking for new moons, so don’t let anybody judge you with respect if you want to look at the new moon or not, or what food you eat or not. But here’s the greater focus. This is the most important thing. Christ is the center and the circumference of all in terms of us being Christians. So, this is another little interesting sidebar. So, the actual observance of the Feast of Trumpets is only recorded one time, if you can believe that, in the Old Testament, just once. I think that’s staggering. That occurs in Nehemiah, and if you remember, we studied this. We went through the books of Ezra and Nehemiah. But in Nehemiah 8, we have, if you remember, the people that did return from captivity, and it was a small slice of the community, those that returned and came back to rebuild everything that had been destroyed. And if you’re reading Nehemiah 8, it’s interesting. We have Ezra the scribe and he has the book of Moses, which the Lord had commanded to Israel, “Ezra the priest brought the law before the congregation both of men and women and all that could hear with understanding upon the first day of the seventh month.” What did I just say the first day of the seventh month was? Feast of Trumpets, okay, “And he read therein before the street that was before the water gate from the morning until midday, before the men and women, and those that could understand; and in the ears of all the people were attentive unto the book of the law.” And it, we have a description here, but this is, this happens. And if you read through in your own time, because I’m running out of time, but if you read through this passage coupled with a few verses written in Ezra, you can see this is the first real, we’ll call it where they rekindled or reignited everything because they will also celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles and so on for the first time after being, having been in bondage and captivity and come back into the land. So, I think it’s interesting though that’s the only time that you’re going to read about it in, in its unfolding and why I’m just, I’m pointing this out to you as I said in your own time, because I’m short of time to do this. But it’s interesting to me because this time, unlike for example when we get to the Feast of Tabernacles, and we know that that is a feast that will be celebrated in the future. We know that, okay. I keep repeating this week after week, Zechariah says, the people that come to the mount, when they look upon Christ after His return, they look upon Christ and they realize, “Oh wow, He was Messiah.” They are going to be forced, not, this is not sign up voluntarily; they’re going to be forced to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. Now whether a person believes that or not, what was Tabernacles? It was they moved outside of their dwelling into, we’ll call them, temporary dwelling places that were movable, made of branches, as a reminder. But I don’t want to get too far ahead of myself. The point is they will celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles in the future. That’s what the final chapters of the book of Zechariah say. So, it’s interesting and noteworthy that when the people came back and they were rebuilding and now they find the book of the law, they’re going to start celebrating. And they start with, what happens? It’s the Feast of Trumpets first. And this is especially important because this whole picture of if you want to call it destruction or the aftermath of destruction and the people coming back tells me God has always had and will always have a remnant faithful to Him. But here we have, as I said, an unfolding which is, it’s important because as there was a remnant in, in Ezra and Nehemiah’s day, there shall be a remnant in the future. Imagine after all the destruction that takes place on the earth, the wrath of God being poured out, what we’re talking about, a terrible, terrible time, and there’ll still be a remnant here. So, the Feast of Trumpets is important even though they don’t make a big deal out of it here. It paints a picture for you that you could apply to a future time. There will be people who do not understand. There’ll be people who will not know, but they’ll hear, and they’ll know this is of God and they will be broken inside why they didn’t have this epiphany earlier or sooner, so just a little sidebar for that. Now in ancient times, the new moon would be announced by short quick blasts of the trumpet, but the new moon of the seventh month was to be ushered in with long blasts. By Solomon’s day, the extravagance of worship had ballooned, the trumpets, an ensemble of 120 trumpeters. That’s extravagant. I mean Solomon didn’t do anything on a small level.R-29aLet’s just say that. According to the writings of Josephus, the priest would also sound the trumpet from the southwest corner of the temple to mark the beginning and the end of the Sabbath. So, it’s interesting. The trumpet was more instrumental than we thought. And there’s a good amount of confusion as I said between shofar, this is the ram’s horn, a Keren, which is the horn of an animal, and these silver trumpets. So, the ram’s horn is associated with the jubilee year; that’s a fiftieth year and was to be blown on Yom Kippur. That you’ll find in Leviticus 25:9. Every fiftieth year the shofar announced the arrival of the jubilee year, a time to free slaves and the fields were to lay fallow for time. That would be the shofar being blown. There were several different uses though for the trumpet and I cataloged a few but let’s see if we can get this straight, so gathered an assembly before the Lord.In other places it was the sound of a battle; the battle’s on, and the horn is being blown. It would also be blown for the coronation of a new king such as the case with Solomon, Jehu, and Joash as well as the unfortunate person named Absalom. These all had the trumpet blown for them. Within Judaism, there is a ten-day period from the start of trumpets until what I have, what I’m describing here, Rosh Hashanah to Yom Kippur, in modern times called the “Days of Awe.” Now this is interesting and again I’m bringing this up to point out a few things. The tradition and custom say that during this time divine judgment is rendered as to the individual’s life or death in the coming year.I think that’s kind of, it’s a tragedy if anybody would adhere to that because that means that there is, there’s not much time if you have during the coming year what your fate shall be so to speak. I don’t know if I like that approach but during this period, interesting, God is reviewing, in their eyes, the person’s behavior and metes out final judgment on the tenth of Tishri or Yom Kippur. It’s said that these ten days are a person’s last chance to repent. According to the tradition, three books are open, the book of life for good and godly, the book of life for the wicked, and a book for those in between. That’s interesting don’t you think? Because I don’t believe that for a minute. That is a tradition of man. That’s never been in God’s book and that will never be in God’s book. Yes, there is a book that the New Testament talks about, which is called the “Book of Life,” those that are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Yes, that’s the real thing. And I’m sure there is a book that is kept for the wicked, but there is no book for those in between. With God, I’ve said this, there are only two types of people: “Why this waste?” or “Let me give this and keep giving it,” right? There are only two types. There’s nothing in the middle. So don’t be silly to think, “Oh, well, I’ll just stand in the middle and it’s okay.” That’s called lukewarm in the Bible and God spits out the lukewarm. He says, “Either hot or cold, please pick a side,” right? Eech, yes, God only knows. All right, so as I said, these 10 days people are given a chance to repent and you might be asking, “Is there some Scripture that maybe they took this from to turn it into tradition?” And the answer is yes.The rabbis talked amongst themselves and discussed and discussed and discussed, and that could have another meaning. And from Psalm 69 verse 28, “Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.” There may be that that was the influence. As well as a quote from Exodus 32:32-33, which may have added to this, but that’s not God’s way. And that’s why I said to you it’s important. I don’t care because I have a lot of Jewish folks that listen to me, we have a lot of Christians, a lot of Catholics, we have a lot of Muslims that listen, you know, people who just want to learn and they want to know versus people who want to know God.And all I can tell you is something noticeably clear to me. I don’t care what you’re practicing or what you identify as, but if you’re identifying as a child of God, you better be listening to the Father, our heavenly Father. That’s it. His words are in here and anything that is added to that I’m not a purist, I’m not a crazy person, but you start now, it’s like diluting God’s word, okay? It’s, it’s “God plus this because we like this, we’ll just graft this on God plus that.” I don’t think it works that way.But anyway, so the week before Rosh Hashanah in modern Jewry is called salacot, “forgiveness.” These prayers of penitence are repeated in preparation for the Holy Day. Now, this is another thing that caught my mind. When you know about these things, you start saying, “Yeah, okay, not so quick here.” So, something called the Tashlik in Hebrew, “the shedding or the casting off of one’s sins.” This is a celebration, if you want to call it, that was born in the Middle Ages. So again, this concept is not biblical and it essentially; look, in many cultures, you’re going to find this in many diverse cultures. All you’ve got to do, for example, is look at the Hindu people in the Ganges River. They go once a year and they cast something into the Ganges. That’s to say, “My sins are they’re whatever tangible item I took, and it’s gone.” Right? Now, you know, listen, that may mentally work for you, but on the spiritual completeness of what God can do, God is the only one that can do. We cannot rid ourselves. I could try and pick out all my impurities and my flaws until I die. It’s not going to happen. I can work on being a better me, and there’s no problem with that. But in terms of being conformed to the image and likeness of Christ, that is His work and His work alone, which includes the Holy Spirit being the guide to teach and to show me when I’m in the wrong when I have done something wrong. What is the feeling that I get when I recognize, “Oh wow.” It’s not, it is not anything more than the Spirit bringing conviction,” which is what Christ said in John’s book to help us so that we’re able to see, communicate, hear, feel, and receive from God. So, it’s important to look at this properly. If you think about it, there are a whole bunch of penitent psalms: Psalm 118, Psalm 33, 130. Micah 7:18-20 is one of the most well-known that your sins be cast into the depths of the sea, never to be seen again. That’s fine. But here’s my problem with that. We’re not able to cast off. Have you ever, have you ever tried to okay, we’re aging, right? Your skin gets wrinkled. You try and put cream on it, right? But you can’t fix that. That’s what that is. That’s a product of time that’s saying time is passing, elements, the environment, things you consume, but you can’t fix that. Oh, I’m sure you could get it cut, tucked, and nipped, but still going to come back and be the same thing. It’ll still be wrinkled eventually, okay? Sin is the same way. Unless God does the work, you are still in your sins, and unless you’re looking to Christ, you’re still in your sins. And unless Christ came out of the grave, you’re still in your sins, and nothing you could do to Tashlik. You can repent, you can feel bad, you can have a guilty mind, guilty conscience, you can express whatever you want, but only God can remove, cleanse. “What can wash away my sins, nothing but the blood of Jesus,” we sing that song for a reason. I cannot do it. You cannot do it. Now, after reciting, oh, if you’re interested, Tashlik comes from “to cast,” which is one of the words in Micah 7:18-20, “our sins be cast,” Tashlik. So, after reciting these prayers that I just mentioned out of the various psalms, we’d often see people shaking out their clothes or their pockets. You may have seen this. I’ve seen this, it freaked me out the first time I saw it. They’re doing this, and usually, they do it close to a body of water, it could be a pool, it could be a puddle. Do you know what that is? “Ah, I’m empty now God. I, I took it all out in front of You,” and that’s supposed to be your sins.I thought it was pocket cleaning from a bad lint job or something. I don’t know. Anyway, leave me alone. I don’t know these things, all right? But it’d be like breadcrumbs being cast into the water. Now listen, I’m not, if that’s what you celebrate, that’s your cup of tea, knock yourself out. But I wouldn’t want to have a faith that’s contingent upon my actions as determinative versus what only God can do. And when He does it, He does it perfectly, okay? So Jewish tradition also teaches that on Rosh Hashanah, Satan accuses the believers as the books of life and judgment are open. But he can only appear on Rosh Hashanah. Sorry, there are certain things there that just don’t make sense to me because if he’s who he is, he’s the accuser of the brethren. He’s, he’s accusing all year long. He doesn’t wait for one special day to do it, right? Four holy days that take place during the spring, which I’ve mentioned a few, Passover, Unleavened Bread, the First Fruits, and Feast of Weeks were fulfilled by Christ’s first coming.Feast of Trumpets, Yom Kippur, and Tabernacles, the three autumn holidays or holy days will be fulfilled in their entirety as they are meant to be with His return. So, we still have three left to go. And that’s why I said these three times are especially important. And when we get to these, you’ll find out why. When we understand properly Yom Kippur, there the celebration of Christ’s return will have even more meaning. So, let’s just leave that one. There is a passage out of the Old Testament written in several unusual places by different writers at various times that are saying the same thing. Here, for example, “The sun shall be turned to darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of the LORD.” You’ve read that before, “The great and awesome day of the LORD.” That’s pointing to that day, His return.Anytime you read in the Old Testament, “the day of the LORD,” “the great and awesome day of the LORD,” that’s pointing to His Second Coming, that return time, Joel 2:31, Isaiah 13:9-10, Acts 2:20, etc., etc. So, the day of the Lord or the final day of the Lord, the period at the end of this age, the Lord will pour out His judgment upon the earth. And as I said, connect this back to the trumpets. This is what’s important because you go, and you start reading Revelation. Do not read Revelation as though it’s in perfect order. There are parts of the book that are almost overlaid. You’ve got to read them together, woven together, not like, I remember, some person came with the idea, “If you read it backward, it’ll make sense.” Uh, okay, anyway, I don’t know what to say about that. That’s, that’s frightening. How do we get so many bozos in the body of Christ? I don’t know. Okay, I’m sorry. I just said it, okay. Yes, read the book. It was written that way. Read it that way. Good Lord, help us. It will be a time of darkness. The prophet Amos wrote about this, Amos 5:18-20, “Woe unto you who desire the day of the LORD! For what good is the day of the LORD unto you? It will be darkness, not light. It will be as though a man fled from a lion, only to run into and encounter a bear,” so no escape. And this is why if somebody said to me, “Well, what do I do then?” I’d say, “Get to know Christ.” Don’t get to know Christ because it’s like, “Oh, there’s nothing else but.” You get to know Christ because He’s the one in control. He is the Lord of Lords. You get to know Him. And I, you know, I may be made a caricature of this, but even Moses said, “Pick a side.” Whose side are you on? You’ve got to pick a side. You can’t go through life in the middle of everything and say at the last minute, “I choose God. I choose Christ.” Now maybe God lets that fly, but for preparation for eternity, I don’t know. I can’t, I can’t speak about that. Thank God I’m not God because I’d say, “Hell no.” All right. Zephaniah wrote on this as well, “The great day of the LORD is near; that day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble, a day of devastation, a day of desolation, destruction, and darkness.” Then you have a passage out of Revelation 6 where it says, “And I looked and he opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; the sun became black, the moon became like blood; the stars of heaven fell to the earth . . .. For the wonderful day of his wrath has come; and who can stand?” So, there is a day coming. As I said, make no mistake about it. This is why I say, if people take the book, read it, and recognize, and listen, some things are difficult for people. You know, some people say, “Well, how could the sun have stood still? And the sun has never stood still since?” Or how could mention this last week, “How could somebody be swallowed by a great fish?” Although there are a couple of videos circulating of people being swallowed and spit out by some great fish, they didn’t last exceptionally long. They weren’t in there for three days and three nights.I think the two ladies that were swallowed on a kayak were spit up quickly. I could make a joke there, but we’re going to leave that alone; I try to keep your mind on the Lord here. In many places, the Bible speaks of the sounding of the trumpet or the horn, but twice it is recorded that God will use this method to summon the people. And that is the same concept that will happen in the culmination of time. We know, we know about the first one. We just looked at it. So, the last one is mentioned there as well in the book. “The LORD will once more descend from heaven,” the prophet Zechariah foretold. And this is what he says, “Then the LORD will be seen over them, and his arrow will go forth as lightning, and the LORD will go; will blow the trumpet and go with the whirlwinds from the south. And as the day of the LORD begins, God’s last trump will be sounded.” The Messiah will be seen, revealing a great outpouring to prepare the nation to be brought into an understanding, and a realm a complete realm of the new covenant or elimination. So, it’s interesting because even Paul wrote, you know, “Behold, I’ll tell you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, we shall be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump.” And if you look that up in Greek, you’re going to see what that means, and it doesn’t mean anything else but what I’ve just been talking about. There’s going to be a lot of activity happening, but there requires a summoning, and that will be that summons if you will. And like in antiquity, the sounding of God’s last trump will be several, if you will, not, we say it, “the last trump,” but it will be several soundings with purpose. It will gather the assembly to the Lord, which we know in many different books, Old and New, talk about the gathering of the people coming to the mount, future time. And whether that be the sound of a physical trumpet or the sound, it is the voice of Christ or it is the voice of the gospel. I don’t know, I can’t tell you if it’s literal or if it’s just a picture, but that is, that’s coming. The righteous will be delivered from the wrath to come. The righteous dead will be resurrected, and the living shall be gathered out of the four winds. The last trump will also serve another purpose, the battle sound against Satan and his minions as the wonderful day of wrath begins. And if you know about this super-battle that occurs, read all about it, it’s going to take a summoning of the people. Now look, I’ll show you how interesting this is. I’ve been talking to you for two weeks about world events that many of you, I know, didn’t hear of, and didn’t know. So, imagine something that could be happening over on the other corner of the earth, and you don’t know about it unless God is summoning the people, unless God is telling the people, somehow, He must communicate, “Hey, worldwide, this is happening. Get, get your attention; it’s on.” Do you see what I’m saying? So, it’s impossible for it to just be something small. It’s certainly not going to be something you’re going to hear in the mainstream media. They’ll be saying some crazy thing that’ll be like, “Huh? What are they talking about? Oh, there, aliens just landed in Israel and there, they’re sucking people up into their ship.” Never mind, if you didn’t get that one, it’s okay. It’s all a distraction, if you will, okay? This is why I, say to people, God gives opportunities and chances every day. When we, as Christians, mess up, He allows us to get up, look to Him, and point in the right direction. To the people who were not wanting to even acknowledge, “Don’t talk to me about God. I don’t want to hear it,” He allows opening their heart. And as I just mentioned, a person like Alice Cooper, and there are millions of people around the world just like that, where He gives an opportunity. A whole life is lived against God and then God opens the eyes, the heart, and the mind.Everything’s open. So, it’s important for people, even people that might listen and just pass by because they heard me say things that they just can’t fathom. Something that I said that you heard me say in this message will be stuck like a record that’s stuck in a groove. And even though you don’t care about God right now, you just heard me say one thing and keep replaying. You repeat it in anger. “I can’t believe that she, she would say that!” That happens a lot. And that sometimes is God working on that person’s mind or their heart to open. And how many messages have I gotten over the years of people saying, “Ah, well, it wasn’t going to be me? Not me. Oh no, not me.” Oh no, not me, right? So, when I say to you, all these feasts are important. All these set times are important. They all point us to Christ, but I still am a big believer in this. If a person, even if they say, “I don’t want to know about God,” you, you are in that state, you just don’t want to know, the best thing I could tell you is at least do what other people have chosen not to do.Do not stay ignorant. In other words, if somebody says, “Why don’t you read the Qur’an?” You know, about, I’m going to say 12 years ago, somebody said to me, “You, you know nothing about the Qur’an.” They were right. I took it upon myself because I don’t want to be ignorant to read the Qur’an. It’s exceedingly difficult for me to read it, okay? I’m not going to lie to you. It’s exceedingly difficult for me, but I read it. Why? Because I don’t want to be ignorant, I want to know, so when I’m in a discussion talking about something, I know what you’re going to be telling me as a rebuttal, as a refusal, whatever it is. I know I’m, I’m, I’m at least educated. It doesn’t mean because I read the Qur’an that I’ve converted to Islam.Just because somebody reads the Bible doesn’t mean they convert to Christianity or Judaism, but you read to educate yourself. In the process, you find something out. You find out how much you don’t know about you and how much you don’t know about God. And that, my friends, is the beginning of wisdom. Not when you come in as the smartest person in the room and you know everything, and God can’t even tell you anything. But you come in and you say, “You know what? I’m not into this, but I’m going to read it anyway and figure what, figure this out for myself. And then after I’ve processed this, I can figure out whether I want to reject it or accept it,” although that’s another story. But all I want to tell you today is these set times, and specifically, the three that I mentioned that are yet to be fulfilled, are extremely important for us to study. Because as I said to you, if, if the trumpet being sounded is for the assembly, which we will assemble, the dead shall rise in Christ first, but we all shall assemble. Dead, risen, those that are alive at the time, we shall all assemble. So, the clarion called to assemble, that’s number one. The clarion called to battle, that’s number two. You say, “Well, who? Who are we battling?” Well, read the book of Revelation, and you’ll, and you’ll figure it out. When Christ returns with His army; that ought to tell you, those words right there ought to tell you it’s not going to be a peacetime, even though He brings eventually in the re-creative period, new heavens, new earth, He brings peace, but He does not come peacefully. And finally, the sounding of that trump for us as Christians is to look at and say, “Yes, God had a point right there.” But when He said in perpetuity, He’s also telling us, don’t forget about this because it points to something that is yet to happen in the future. And look out, because God’s not a man to lie, He’s made good on so many of these things that He said beforehand, which we’ve seen come to fruition. So, things yet to come, I think we can stand on that as take it to the bank of the heaven and stand there. And for those people to say, “Well, I might not be around.” What are you talking about? What are you talking about? Now listen to me, you may not be alive at the coming of Christ. You may be dead, but you’re going to be alive. You’re going to be risen out. It says very clearly, people are going to come out of their graves. People will come back to life, those that are alive on the earth, those that are dead. So, when we take that whole picture, don’t tell me, “I’m not going to be there, it doesn’t matter.” It’s going to matter. And when I tell you, those who have lived not perfectly, but by faith, they’ll be there. So, God’s not looking for you to be perfect. He’s looking for you to trust Him. And it starts with these small steps and looking into these most important set times. We will continue and take up the subject again next week. That’s my message. “Sheeple People” Do Not Be Controlled

foreign [Music] I get help from you I don’t it’s not always me helping you sometimes you give me help in fact one of the staff people this morning helped me tremendously and reminding me of a message that Dr Scott preached which we all know Psalm 84 but I needed to be reminded of that to recognize that God doesn’t say how long that value might be and we may be entering in no we are entering into a valley not just me anyone who loves this country and loves the Lord this brother here I love what he says thank I thank God always for our Second Amendment I hope you don’t mind I’m reading this to the congregation but it made me smile and made me happy and I’m hoping that some of you hear a bit and hear between the lines of what I’m reading please I thank God always for a second amendment it is the fire while holding back the spirit of antichrist there are now 26 states where an American citizen does not need a permit to carry a firearm Florida being one of the 26 other states let you carry with a permit making the USA citizens the largest Army in the world wait a minute you know what do you know what the problem is we have forgotten as a people and I’m sorry I’m taking time but I have to do this now because I won’t repeat this again we as a people need to find the spirit of our founding fathers and of those who bucked the tide of oppressive taxes I’m not saying be a tax evader I’m not saying break the law I’m not saying be a pistol-toting creep out in the street firing shots at will and don’t hurt him by the way never mind what I am saying though is that this brother pointed out something very profound the people have power and I think we forget that because we can be so pressed down by things I’ll be honest with you it’s been for the last few months it’s been shameful to see what has been happening in our country that people are just putting their stamp of approval on here’s the interesting thing if anybody actually understood what woke means willingly overlooking evil willingly with knowledge overlooking evil that is the definition of woke not my eyes are open but I’m willfully overlooking that I don’t care about it now if you’re like me and I told you this I won’t go quietly I’m not that person I’m not a coward I don’t run away from things but one person cannot fix this country guess what even if this whole congregation just in front of me decided we’re going to go out and make a difference we couldn’t do it either do you know why because this group here would look like a needle in a haystack when you put us out into the world but I’ll tell you what can happen this is a conversation you can have with people who are non-believers people who are whatever you want to call them and the question is do you care about America because if you care about America in this country if you care about the fact that our children are being exposed and let’s just call it what it is to pedophilia pedophiles and making it an acceptable condition in society like everything else that’s rammed down a Christian’s throat that you must accept or else you’re a hater and I’m tired of it I’m tired I’m sorry but this is one meal I’m going to pass on I’m not interested and you can call me hate-filled you can call me a bigot you can come I am tired of people in this country letting themselves be programmed somehow that’s your skin color or your whatever it is you want to make yourself different as matters more than you being a proud American and standing up for our children who cannot defend themselves standing up for the Constitution which is parsed in the Bill of Rights which is parsed like a cheap newspaper rag disrespected and somehow with this digital currency being implemented it’s another layer of control why do you think there’s a push for electric vehicles and for getting rid of gas stoves why do you think the push is electric can California support everyone driving an electric vehicle by whatever the date is hell no we can’t even support the power grid now but genius is somewhere up on a hill said this is a great idea not because it’s going to save the planet because those Vehicles do the research yourself by in in three years from now or five years from now they predict that all these electric vehicles what they will have contributed to reducing the climate issue which I’m sorry to tell you is not an issue will be point zero two that is what your tax dollars have been spent on nothing and if I’m angry it’s because I am angry I’m angry that all of this move is to destroy but it’s also done for something else you see look at the rest of the world and you will see how all the people have just kind of gone along with it they cower at the government they cower at the idea do you know what the greatest threat to the World Health Organization and the other globalists you know what the worst threat is Americans who have a defiant Spirit who will not comply like the rest of the world as sheeple people who don’t have a prayer and idea that the idea and the goal is to control all of us to know all about your business how many times you go to the bathroom how much paper toilet paper you use what foods you eat so when you get sick they can deny you care in a hospital because you ate garbage or you couldn’t afford good food does anybody see where this is going I’m not a conspiracy person I’m not a tin hat person but I see it clearly when I read other countries are being destroyed and no one seems to be standing up to say no I will not do this I will not comply and the ones that do oh just take a look at our brothers and sisters to the north of us that country Canada and we’ve got a lot of King’s houses and my sympathies to so many of the good people that live in Canada that are being incarcerated hear me out but look this up don’t take my word for it they’re being incarcerated just for being Christians just for reading the Bible one man in a public uh Square reading the Bible is arrested he’s asking why well he’s not allowed to read the Bible in public I’m sorry that may be happening there but don’t think for a second the idea is not to have that type of control over the populace here and if the government can take away your guns under the auspices guns are dangerous you know it’s a real insult to the citizens to tell you that guns are dangerous and you shouldn’t have them because you’re not smart enough to use them that’s the I’m sorry but that is the goal so all you got to do is look at a country where they took away the firearms and tell me how good that country is doing and don’t tell me that that reduced crime because criminals will always manage to find and get guns if you abandon they’ll find them okay so it’s time for anyone who’s listening to me to wake up we’ve got a lot of problems going on I cannot control the world I can’t fix the world but I can tell you what I’m going to do I’m not telling you to do as I do but I’m telling you what I’m going to do and I’m going to fight this tooth and nail it means that wherever I can use cash I’m going to use cash when people say sorry I don’t take cash I turn my butt around and I go out the door why because this whole move is we will force it out of you so July 26 supposedly is the date and I don’t know I can’t tell you that that this is certified information but from all the sources that I’ve read in people who are somehow connected this information seems pretty good and the idea is that on July 26th the initial recall of the American dollar will begin so listen I pray it doesn’t happen I pray that all the information that I’ve been given is wrong okay I pray that but if it doesn’t happen in July it’ll happen in August or September because we’re just going to be part of listen all the global countries have basically backed away from you using the US dollar you know that right well that knowledge tells you now we’re kind of in a free fall the government keeps spending keeps printing money and spending money that’s not there so we’re in a free fall right now so there has to be something that gives so I’m telling you this in advance so that you understand we may have to reinvent ourselves to be able to do two things to continue to function doing what we do here and also to protect you I will not to the best of my ability listen I’m not a guardian angel I don’t have superpowers but to the best of my ability I will try and Implement if that gets implemented I will try and Implement a system here that at least for all intents purposes you are paying tuition for a course and it’s nobody’s business what you’re learning now that may not fly and I don’t know I can’t tell you anything beyond is all I can tell you is I’m trying and doing the best I can and I’m asking you to pray for me because I need all the prayer I can get to make the right decisions for this church and when I say this church this is not a church of one or a church of one we are a people that belong to the Lord so every decision I make is crucial especially the ones that either leave you vulnerable or protect you to the best that I can and I can’t Shield you from everything but I can Shield you minimally from the government looking into your business at what we do here at Faith Center so I’m going to leave that subject right now because I’ve taken up a lot of time and I’m only asking you to do one thing I’m not asking you to Panic please don’t do that it doesn’t help I’m not asking you to go nuts that doesn’t help either I’m not asking you to go out and get a gun if you don’t have one so you can say you belong to the greatest army on Earth although let’s come back to that one maybe what I am asking you for though right now is pray for me whatever decisions I do implement they’re going to be done to the best of my ability but I’m navigating territory I just like you have not been through before so I’m asking for your patience your prayers and your understanding and I’ll keep you informed along the way as things happen as I encounter them I will keep you informed to the best of my ability [Music] [Music] coming through this houseAs found on
