This Looks Like A Tiny Closet, But Wait Until She Pulls The Handle — It’s So Cool!

Paris, like most major cities, boasts some seriously high rent prices.

People pay as much as 4,000 euros a month for glorified closets, and if they want beautiful views of the Eiffel tower, they could shell out up to 10 million. To combat this real estate nightmare, one woman decided to take matters into her own hands. What she did to optimize space is pure apartment genius.

At first, this space looks anything but livable.

But all it takes is one inventive mind to breathe new life into something the rest of us are quick to cast off.

Using a series of hidden closets and doors, one tenant incorporated every creature comfort she could possibly need into her seemingly tiny apartment.

And that includes a full bathroom that you’d never know was there upon first glance!

So who’s ready to move to Paris? I certainly am.

As rent prices continue to skyrocket in metropolitan hubs, people get increasingly clever about making the most of their spaces. If you can’t get enough tiny apartment ingenuity, take a look at this!

3 Dogs And 9 Puppies In The Hot Desert Get The Rescue They So Desperately Needed.

Hope For Paws received a call about a family of dogs struggling to survive in the desert. They were told one of the dogs had given birth beneath a broken down shack, so Eldad Hagar, who runs the organization, asked several volunteers to assist him. What they found was 3 dogs and 9 puppies out there in the hot desert. The conditions they were found in so were intense, it was a miracle they were still alive.

Just goes to show you, with a little bit of teamwork and love 12 precious lives can be saved.

These dogs were living, neglected, in 100+ degree weather.

Their rescue is a must-see.

Jake Was Badly Burned In A Fire As A Pup, But His Story Is So Inspiring

Not many people would even consider abandoning a family member after they were caught in a house fire.

But Jake’s family did just that.

When firefighters managed to pull the tiny pup from the flames, he had already suffered bad burns. His family took the poor boy to the vet…where they promptly abandoned him. But that’s not where his story ends.

Jake was abandoned after a fire left him badly burned.

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));

He was estimated to be only a few weeks old at the time.

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));

After weeks of rehab, Jake made a full recovery. Sadly, though, his scars from the fire remained.

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));

Fortunately for Jake, the firefighter who rescued him took him under his wing and adopted him.

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));

Since then, he’s been hanging out at the firehouse with his new owner.

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));

He’s even become the official mascot of the department, traveling around the city with firefighters when they give fire safety lectures at schools.

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));

He was also officially sworn in by the city as a member of the department.

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));

Jake plans to become a therapy dog to continue his helping ways!

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));
