“Dirty Jobs” host Mike Rowe is scheduled to appear with Mitt Romney at a Wednesday campaign event in Bedford Heights, Ohio. Rowe impressed conservatives earlier this month with his open letter to Romney about the value of hard work and the nation’s skills gap.
@KHShan Really. That's great! Did you read the letter he wrote? I was impressed and Rowe was impressed that Romney read it.

The Twitterverse is bursting with the news that Rowe will endorse the GOP candidate at the “manufacturing round table.”

Previously, Rowe indicated that he “will make no public endorsement, one way or the other.” But Cleveland.com reported:
The Discovery Channel personality and Ford Motor Co. pitchman will offer his support Wednesday to Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney at a public event in Bedford Heights.
Romney’s campaign announced the Rowe endorsement late Monday when confirming Romney’s Cleveland-area itinerary for the final day of a two-day bus tour through battleground Ohio.
Is Rowe really ready to pick up the shovel for Romney’s campaign? One Twitter user points to remarks made by Rowe on Bill Bennett’s “Morning in America” program this morning.
Mike Rowe on Bill Bennett's 'Morning in America' says today is not an endorsement. He is joining Romney to move the conversation forward 1/2

Then again, when Rowe wrote his open letter to Romney he promised, “If you read the whole thing, I’ll vote for you in November.”
Official endorsement or not, conservatives are thrilled to have Rowe join the national conversation about jobs. We’ll find out this afternoon whether Rowe is ready to take the plunge.
