We have been owners here for over 15 years and love it. This is a great place for families with children of all ages. There is so much to do at the resort. Disney, Universal, and Sea World are within about an hour or so away. Kennedy Space Center is about a 15 minute drive. Less than one hour from Orlando airport. This is a beautiful resort with many amenities including beach, pool with lazy river (my favorite) and splash zone, mini golf, basketball, tennis, movie theater, and arcade located in the main pool building. Short walk or tram to beach. The room pictures are general in nature and can be changed by resort management at any time. We have no control over the timing or nature of resort maintenance activities. Be aware that there are some minor “services” differences between a standard hotel and timeshare week. No timeshare sales presentation required. Price includes all taxes. Payment is due within 48 hours after the end of the auction. This reservation week will be transferred to the buyer upon receipt of confirmed payment. A couple of days thereafter, contact the resort with the information that we provide to verify that your name and the use dates are listed properly for the reservation.

You have to beat least 21 years old and will need a $115 security deposit for your stay on either a credit or debit card when you check-in. Remember, your bank controls your debit card account. It can take up to 30 days for them to release that deposit money to you after you leave—so plan ahead! If you use a credit card instead, you can avoid that issue completely and get to use our Express Check-Out service. You can smoke outside on balconies and in designated areas on the resort only. A $250 fine will apply if it has been determined that smoking has occurred in your villa. The resort cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. No Timeshare presentation required. Please note there is no trailer, RV parking, or over sized vehicles permitted on site. With the exception of service animals, no pets are allowed on the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

MISSION: A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch the SAOCOM 1B satellite for CONAE, Argentina’s space agency. SAOCOM 1B is the second of two SAOCOM 1-series Earth observation satellites designed to provide radar imagery to help emergency responders and monitor the environment, including the collection of soil moisture measurements.

VEHICLE: United Launch Alliance Atlas V 500 Series
MISSION: Atlas 5 Mars 2020: Will launch NASA’s Mars 2020 rover to the Red Planet. After landing in February 2021, the Mars 2020 rover will study Martian geology, search for organic compounds, demonstrate the ability to generate oxygen from atmospheric carbon dioxide, and collect rock samples for return to Earth by a future mission.

MISSION: SXM 7: A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch the SXM 7 satellite for SiriusXM. The satellite will replace the XM 3 satellite in SiriusXM’s fleet providing satellite radio programming to consumers across North America. SXM 7 was built by Maxar Technologies, and features a large unfurlable S-band reflector to broadcast radio signals to users on the ground.
