A Week RENTAL of the Sheraton Vistana Resort, Orlando Florida,

2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom / Loft Condo, sleeps 8

This was relisted as previous buyer had an issue with stairs. Unit is on the second floor and is accessed by stairs directly in front of the townhouse just like the photo. If stairs are a problem then unfortunately this townhouse is not for you. Parking is directly in front although not assigned. Extra parking is only 20 feet away if needed in the same parking lot. Just across from the unit. If you have family and friends this is very spacious at 1,500 sq ft.  This is a great time to visit Disney World as there is plenty of availability to get in the various parks (as of today). Bonus is the crowds will be much smaller since they are reducing capacity. 

Be advised the resort is operating on social distancing guidelines. Please refer to the last photo for the notice I received about what is open currently. This is subject to change and is beyond my control. If you are traveling from New York, New Jersey or Connecticut there is a mandatory 14 day quarantine required by the state of Florida and this is beyond my and the resorts control. If you are from these states you should expect that the resort will not allow you to use any of the facilities or amenities that would violate this directive of the state of Florida per their Governor. This rental is being offered well below my maintenance fee costs due to these restrictions and is not a basis for complaint or any refund. Comments below are taken from what is normally available and may or may not be available depending on social distancing requirements at the time of your stay. Vistana Resort is a great place to relax and take this as an opportunity to get a great price.

A great way to take the family to Disney World and save money! 7 nights at the Sheraton Vistana during the summer peak time is normally over $250 per night! Vistana is really a great place, check out the reviews on Tripadvisor.

Vistana is minutes from major grocery stores, Wal-Mart and restaurants. It is actually the same highway exit as Downtown Disney and the Orlando Premium Outlet! Sheraton Vistana Resort offers spacious 13 tennis courts, seven swimming pools, seven hot tubs, an 18-hole miniature golf course, six recreation centers, two snack bars and a full-service restaurant.

The property is located on 135 acres with fountains and lakes. Enjoy the tanning beds, massage facility, basketball, volleyball, children’s playground and other activities. Tickets for theme park attractions may be purchased on site as well.

Unit Information: Approximately 1500 square feet, 2 bedrooms, Loft, 2 full bathrooms, living room, washer/dryer, patio and full option kitchen. Located in building #17 of the “Courts” section of the resort. Please see map within the pictures. Main floor is on the 2nd floor and there are only stairs. 2nd bedroom and loft are on the 3rd floor and has stairs. Just an FYI in case anyone in your party has difficulty with using stairs. Recently renovated and photos are of the same type of villa and are representative of my villa. I own this specific unit and the resort “should” not try and move you. I already confirmed with the resort and was told my villa was blocked for me and will double check prior to your arrival. Last year the resort “accidentally” gave my villa to another family but they assured me this would not happen again. We were given the exact type of villa in the same complex so not a major deal. Once paid for I’ll give you the reservation number and exact unit. It is building 17 in the Courts section and I circled it on the map so that narrows it down to either #’s 78 or 80… alright we own # 78. The Super Pool is currently open and hopefully will remain so. It is in walking distance although about 2 blocks. You can drive and park much closer but for us it wasn’t worth a wet car seat.
