Jonathan Chait: Indictment of Rick Perry is ‘outrageously unjust’

Last brand-new Republic editor Jonathan Chait is will be the latest liberal to criticize the indictment of Tx Gov. Rick Perry. Chait is certainly no Rick Perry enthusiast, but he understands a bullcrap indictment while he views one:

To describe the indictment as “frivolous” provides it far more credence than it deserves. Perry might not be lots smarter than a ham sandwich, but he could possibly be exactly like bad collectively.
