D.C. City Council voted today to decriminalize the control over smaller amounts of cannabis delivered exclusive usage. Council person Marion Barry, which currently in a rehabilitation center getting real treatment, wasn’t current about vote, but he’s pleased to find that “young black-colored children” (and everybody, demonstrably) can do enjoy their particular grass while avoiding court public records information.
