Ha! What isn’t part of the “Republican War on Women”?

We’ll have to wait and see if anybody gets upset at the former DNC communications director for referring to CNN and NBC as “women.”

One tweeter saw Woodhouse’s “war on women” and raised him several others:

Rep. Bridenstine: I was denied access to facility housing young illegals

http://twitter.com/#!/AnthrVoiceinWil/status/484353161214570497

Oklahoma Republican Rep. Jim Bridenstine attempted to visit a facility housing young people who crossed the border illegally, but he apparently didn’t have much luck:

From Rep. Bridenstine’s press release:

Congressman Jim Bridenstine (OK) was denied access yesterday to the HHS facility at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma currently housing up to 1,200 unaccompanied alien children (UAC) who illegally crossed the southern border into the United States.

Congressman Bridenstine said, “There is no excuse for denying a Federal Representative from Oklahoma access to a federal facility in Oklahoma where unaccompanied children are being held. Any Member of Congress should have the legal authority to visit a federal youth detention facility without waiting three weeks.”

Experience the unprecedented levels of transparency!

Rolling Stone asks judge to dismiss UVA grads’ lawsuit

NBC News reports that Rolling Stone magazine has asked a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed by three graduates of theUniversity of Virginia who say Sabrina Erdely’s debunked piece, “A Rape on Campus: A Brutal Assault and Struggle for Justice at UVA,” has damaged their reputations. Rolling Stone contends that since the graduates were not named in the piece, “no reasonable reader” would assume they were the subject of the article.

The plaintiffs, however, say they can easily be tracked by their graduation year and affiliation with the fraternity named in the article and as suchtheir names “will forever be associated with the alleged gang rape.”

Even if the case is dismissed, Rolling Stone faces two other lawsuits in connection with the article. The fraternity itself is suing the magazine for$25 million, andNicole Eramo, associate dean of students at UVA andheadofthe universitys sexual misconduct board, is asking for $7.8 million from Rolling Stone and Erdely, saying she was named in the article and portrayedunfairly.

Tawny Kitaen: ‘I’m an out of the closet Republican,’ not ‘voting for sexy’

http://twitter.com/#!/Tawny_Kitaen/status/258378312861245441

As Twitchy has reported, Tawny Kitaen is an out and proud Republican. Last night, she took to Twitter to continue supporting Mitt Romney.

Not voting for “Sexy” if I was I’d be voting for Jonathan Rhys Meyers, but he isn’t running! So Mitt! GO Your doing great!! It’s funny that

— Tawny Kitaen (@Tawny_Kitaen) October 17, 2012

Okay, we have to agree to disagree there. Obama is sexy? Maybe to himself: President Eye Candy does seem to have a crush on himself.

Obama on his own, is amazing! But up Against Romney, he just can’t & doesn’t seem 2 be able2bring him. I think that’s so strange, But GOOD💛!

— Tawny Kitaen (@Tawny_Kitaen) October 17, 2012

Dam he’s good. It’s going to be tight, this I realize. But Darn’it M.R being it home!!

— Tawny Kitaen (@Tawny_Kitaen) October 17, 2012

If U hate me now that U know Im not a Dem (even though I believe n Gay marriage&woman’s right2choose)That4me will NEVER change PRO C&Pro Gay

— Tawny Kitaen (@Tawny_Kitaen) October 17, 2012

Wait, what? How can that be?

@tawny_kitaen People can’t accept a Rep. who supports gays, abortion, etc.It ruins their stereotypes and canned arguments.

— Stig (@Mister_Stig) October 17, 2012

That does not suit! Who will think of the straw men? WHO?

Ms. Kitaen receives kudos for standing up for what she believes.

@tawny_kitaen Really? You are a republican and actually admitting it? My respect for you has grown.

— Warren C. Bennett (@warrencbennett) October 17, 2012

@tawny_kitaen you are amazingly strong to stand up for your belief.Romnney seems truly Presidential unlike Obama.

— JuBabe (@JulieKinardMath) October 17, 2012

@tawny_kitaen I love you even more now.

— Ryan Hopping (@RyHopp) October 17, 2012

@tawny_kitaen it’s very brave of you to have an opinion that doesn’t follow left leaning Hollywood. U will prob get blasted for it.

— Brandon Arnold (@barnold21) October 17, 2012

Yes, hate was hurled at her when she gave her opinions during the Biden and Ryan debate. And the hate continues; she’s stupid and crazy, you see.

@tawny_kitaen it’s so cute you think you’re relevant. isn’t there a bitchin’ camero in need of a good climb-upon somewhere out there?

— Andrew Rowell (@rowellandrew) October 17, 2012

It’s amazing that @tawny_kitaen is able to turn her computer on, or charge her phone.

— tom brandt (@tomsbrandt) October 17, 2012

@ronmarz I thought @tawny_kitaen died of a drug overdose years ago.

— Starman Morrison (@GeekyGeekyWays) October 17, 2012

@tawny_kitaen @billyeichnerI don’t think people ostracize you because you’re a Republican, I think they do it because you’re crazy.

— Roxy Pineda (@NotoriousRoxy) October 17, 2012

#Romney can proudly boast adding @tawny_kitaen and @lindsaylohan to the “Binder Full of Women” in Hollywood who endorse him. #debate

— DearMrVernon.net (@DearMrVernon) October 17, 2012

Some approve only because she isn’t pro-life and supports gay marriage. That gives her a pass, you see. Because, lady parts.

Yes, I RT’d something from @tawny_kitaen without an acerbic remark.I give her credit for supporting gay marriage & being a pro-choice Rep.

— cynicalmatt (@cynicalmatt) October 17, 2012

@tawny_kitaen I have more respect now that I know you still believe in women’s rights/ equality for all.

— catwoman (@coulditbemisery) October 17, 2012

Sigh. Keep being honest, Ms. Kitaen! And keep thinking for yourself; one day, you may then change your mind and heart and become pro-life. In the meantime, Republicans, as always, welcome you and welcome diversity of thought.
