This Cat Went Above And Beyond To Find Her Owner’s New Home. Incredible.

When Nancy Cowen moved from her home into an assisted living facility, she decided to leave her beloved cat Cleo behind. Though Cleo was in the capable care of Nancy’s neighbors, she wasn’t fond of the decision and set out to correct it herself.

The gorgeous feline was rescued by Nancy 8 years ago, and the two clearly formed a close bond. This level of loyalty gives dogs everywhere a run for their money as man’s best friend.

It took a couple of weeks for Nancy and Cleo to finally reunite, but they haven’t separated since.

Soon after moving, workers at the care home noticed what they assumed was a stray cat taking residence on a bench outside.

Facility staffers Lauren Costello and Kelly Lovelock, seen here with Nancy, were more than happy to accommodate the pair.

The facility assured Nancy that Cleo would always be a welcome guest and well looked after for as long as she would like to stay. Let’s hope this pair never gets separated again. They’re too cute together.

MSM columnists make Obama first president with dueling gender identities

http://twitter.com/#!/ByronYork/status/202369343567302657

But WaPo's Dana Milbank says Obama is 'first female president' and 'brazenly flaunted his feminine mystique.' What? http://t.co/vErNF07T

— Byron York (@ByronYork) May 15, 2012

Thanks to our media, we now know that President Obama is the first female president to ooze masculinity from his very pores. Historic™ and Unprecedented™!

Washington Post columnist Dana Milbank writes:

Nonsense. Obama is not the first gay president. He is the first female president. … Heck, he even appeared in public wearing a gown.

Wait, so he’s not the first gay president? Someone had better repossess that gay-lo.

And now he’s the first woman to occupy the Oval Office? We can’t keep up with Obama’s shifting gender identities and orientations! Can Obama be all things to all people? Yes he can!

In a New York Times column, David Brooks calls Obama a post-feminist with “ESPN masculinity” and a “version of manliness that is postboomer in policy but preboomer in manners and reticence.”

Barf. Retch. Gag.

So, which is it? Is Barack Obama the manliest of men or the first female president with boy bits?

And really, haven’t we had enough of Barack Obama’s historic firsts? The only “first” we want to hear about is the first gay/female president to get booted after one term.

Pics of the day! Common Core ‘in a nutshell’ or just nuts?

http://twitter.com/#!/perchmommy/status/367631864061648896

Bam-tastic! The always wonderfully hilarious The People’s Cube put the nuttiness known as Common Core in a, well, nutshell.

Other Twitter users used pictures to show us what else we can expect from these highly-flawed (and crony-filled)  government educational “standards”:

Snort! As Twitchy reported, geography is hard for MSNBC.

Sigh.

More to come? Stay tuned. In the meantime, join the fight to #StopCommonCore.

This Guy’s Brilliant Ads Will Have You Doing A Double… Er… Triple Take. They’re Fantastic.

The goal of advertising is for you to buy something. That’s it. Simple right? WRONG. It’s a dog eat dog world, and while we’re bombarded everyday with countless “generic” ads, all buying for our attention, they end up all coming across as white noise. That’s why it’s the most creative ads we see that draw our attention, and maybe even open our wallets. So when Bangkok based Supparat Thepparat created these eye-popping advertisements for some truly out of the box products, we couldn’t help but look not once, not twice… but three times to figure them out. And when we did… awesome!

(H/T: Lost At E Minor) Supparat truly has an amazing imagination and vision for his products, grabbing our corneas and making us forget we’re even looking at an advertisement! Seriously, did you even realize that you just saw a bunch of “commercials” for some of the most boring products on the planet? 😉 If you thought these were as cool as me, share with your friends below.
