St. Louis alderman Antonio French, who has made political hay out of the unrest in Ferguson, tried to paint the picture of “two St. Louises” colliding, referring to both the apparently drug-related shooting and Saturday night’s “Requiem for Michael Brown” operatic “disruption” at the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.
