Saturday's March Aims To Stand Up For Science

Scientists and science enthusiasts gather prior to the start of the March for Science, which celebrates the scientific method, outside the Science Museum in central London on Saturday.

“I think the profession of science is under attack,” says one organizer of the worldwide event. “[We’ve] left that open for politicians to [hijack] science for their own selfish needs.”
