The Next Steps:
• Upon successful payment of listed price:
please send us the name and address (as printed on a government issued photo ID) of the Guest who is to check in at the Resort. The reservation will be placed in that name and a reservation confirmation also known as “Guest Confirmation Certificate” will be emailed within 3-5 business days.
• The reservation can only be in one person’s name. Once the name has been assigned, it cannot be changed without an additional fee of $100. Any name change request must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date.
