It has come to our attention about albums that were missing photo cards or other inserts . This is a very RARE and unfortunate incidence. We want to assure that our albums are NOT tampered with nor manipulated! That would be wrong and unfair to our customers.
However, after looking into this matter with our distributor in Korea, there doesn’t seem to be any guarantee or replacement for those albums with missing photo cards or other inserted content.
All albums are produced, factory sealed, packaged, and shipped directly to us in the USA.
We ask for your cooperation and understanding to this matter that is very rare factory error but a possibility.
