No returns, we are not responsible for melting during shipping and or once delivered.
Please follow the tracking information provided and remove wax bars from warm environments such as mailboxes or front porch.
Ice packs are available for purchase however, wax will melt if left in mailboxes or front porch in the heat. Please track and transfer inside or have local post office hold the package for your pickup. If wax melts, put in freezer and it will solidify, it does not affect the scent of the bar.
