Payment Methods Accepted
We prefer PayPal. With PayPal, payment clears almost immediately, allowing us to ship your item as quickly as possible. That’s why you really should only use PayPal for eBay purchases!

Payment Timeline & Unpaid Item Disputes
Payment needs to be received within 24 hours of purchase or the transaction may be cancelled. If your non-payment goes beyond 4 days, our system is set to automatically file unpaid item disputes in order to open channels of communication between us (the seller) and you (the buyer). Please don’t be offended, as this is a way to facilitate communication and bring closure to an already unsettled transaction. Please try not to let it get to this point, and keep us informed of any unexpected situations that arise. We will work with you.

Shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States
Shipping is free within the 48 contiguous United States only. We use several different carriers and will ship your item the most economical method based on your address

NO Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii & US Protectorates
It cost more to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and special US areas such as, but not limited to, Guam and Puerto Rico. As a matter of fact, in some instances various product in our inventory simply cannot be shipped to these locations. Because of that, we do not offer shipping to these areas.

Processing Time
We ship within 1 business days.

Returns
We accept returns if items are returned to us in the same condition in which they were shipped (new/unused, original packaging, tags, etc.). Once we receive the product back and verify its condition, we will issue a refund.

Non-Clothing Items
For items returned to us not due to our error, we do charge a 20% restocking fee to help recover some of the overhead costs that incurred in shipping the product out. Once we receive the product back at our location and verify its condition (new/unused, tags, original packaging, etc.), we will issue a refund minus restocking fee.

Shoes/Clothing Items
We waive our 20% restocking fee, so once we receive the product back at our location and verify its condition (new/unused, tags, etc.), we will issue a full refund.

Return Shipping Cost
For items returned to us not due to our error, we do not cover return shipping, it will be at buyer’s expense. If for some reason there is an issue with your order, we ship in error, etc., we will issue a prepaid return label for return.
