I use only Eye of Round – Certified Angus Beef – USDA Choice Beef for my jerky

I do small batch production to keep the quality the best possible

This jerky is far superior in quality and far more spicy to what you would find in stores

I use an all natural, GMO free, soy sauce alternative. This is lower in sodium than regular soy sauce used by most beef jerky companies

 Other ingredients include: Ghost peppers, Scorpion Peppers, Carolina Reaper peppers, habanero peppers, a little brown sugar and spices

I never use artificial flavors, lecithin, MSG, nitrates, preservatives or liquid smoke

I vacuum seal each bag in 2 oz portions so you can enjoy your beef jerky while keeping the rest sealed and fresh
