Payment Shipping Returns

We accept all major credit cards through paypal. Payment of auction items must be paid within 72 hours. If for some reason you are unable to pay within this timeline, please contact us.

**Starting September 1, 2020 we will be accepting credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and PayPal credit.

All items are shipped within 2 business days excluding weekends and Federal Holidays.

– All items shipped (Signature not required), service added upon request only and costs $5.00 which is actual cost of service by USPS/Fedex.

– When free economy shipping is selected for orders, the order will ship via the most economical service from UPS, Fedex, or USPS.

– All shipping and handling times are outside estimates and it may ship faster/slower than stated.

– Many items we sell qualifies for free economy shipping.

– Tracking numbers are provided with each order.

Please note that once your item is accepted by the USPS, Fedex or UPS the handling time is outside our control. You can use the tracking # link in the purchase detail to track your item’s progress.

Return Policy

As-is items/For Parts or Repair:

These items/listings are not eligible for return. They are sold as-is, sale final.

Condition:

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Buyers may be liable for loss in value of the item if it’s returned in a different condition, or if the item is not packaged securely to prevent damage in shipment. In the event that an item is not returned in the same condition, we may deduct the amount of loss and give the buyer a partial refund.

What are the guidelines?

Returned items that do not meet the below criteria may be subject to less than a full refund of the item’s value. To be eligible for a return the exact item you purchased must be returned.

Item(s) must be in the exact condition they were received: Unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use outside of the listed item condition or how it was received. All parts must be intact Must be returned with original product packaging: boxes, UPCs, bags or any items used to wrap and protect the item Must include all items that were included in the original package, such as cords, cables, remote controls, manuals, warranty and rebate cards, free gifts or bonus items Items must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included
