Custom Booking: You choose how many nights you would like to stay in a 1 bedroom resort (Mon-Thurs ONLY & no holidays).  If you need a weekend stay, the rate is much higher, but you can ask me about it.  I also have 2 bedroom (sleeps 6 @ $159 per night) and a studio (sleeps 2 @ $119) available.  Please check room availability by sending me a question with the dates you would like to stay and the room size.  Once I confirm availability, you may proceed to make the purchase. *Note: Each quantity is per a night stay.  ie: purchasing two means paying for a two night stay.

Studio: Queen murphy bed in living area. Unit has no oven or dishwasher. Maximum Occupancy 2.

One Bedroom: King in master, queen murphy bed in the living area. Maximum Occupancy 4.

Two Bedroom Twin: King in master, twins in second bedroom, queen murphy bed in living area. 1 3/4 bathrooms. Maximum Occupancy 6.

The price in this auction is all you have to pay for the resort, nothing more.

This is a Wyndham Vacation Resorts property.  Check-in is 4pm; check-out is 10am.  Must be 21 years of age to check in.  Credit card required at checkin as security (Note: your credit card will not be charged).

There is a resort directory in each unit with special instructions and a lot of helpful information.  Phone numbers, resort activities, area activities, local restaurants, etc.

The winning bid is all you pay the seller.  You need to have a major credit card to check in, but nothing will be charged to it unless you make long distance calls or charge something to your room.  All Sales Are Final!  No Cancellations!  NO ownership tour or sales presentation is required during this stay.

When the ebay auction is complete and payment is received, I will call Wyndham and have the reservation put in your name and a reservation confirmation will be sent to you.  If you have any other questions, I would be glad to help in any way I can.
