There are reports appearing out of Iraq that ISIS has actually utilized chemical tools in an assault on Iraqi causes north of Baghdad.

The town of Dhuluiya, where #ISIS presumably utilized chemical weapons, is found about 50 miles North of Baghdad. #Iraq
