Premji Pack backpack with intelligent functions for travel and everyday life from Ethnotek
In Vietnam, Ethnotek’s workshop is located in Ho Chi Minh City and is run by thirty great and highly skilled people. All processes from design to prototyping, material management, molding, punching, cutting, sewing to fulfillment take place under one roof. As everywhere else, Ethnotek relies on fair working conditions. They pay their sewing workers a wage that is 81% higher than the minimum wage. Every worker has health insurance, unemployment benefits, social security, and travel and meal vouchers. The average age of the team is 24 and it’s roughly 70% women and 30% men. The team travels together and celebrates birthdays, weddings and private parties together.

The basic material is recycled PET from old plastic bottles. This material is lighter on your back and more environmentally friendly than conventional nylon. The Premji Pack consists of a main compartment, a front organizer pocket and a head pocket with zipper. The large organizer on the front sorts your mini notebook, tablet or notebook, as well as wallet, smartphone, pens and important small parts. This organizer compartment can only be opened completely by opening a buckle and the zipper. So your important content stays safely stowed away and is still quickly accessible.
