Delivery to USA and Canada is usually within 12-15 WORKING Days

International parcels that weigh over 2KG will be sent in multiple parcels due to international weight restrictions Combined postage is available, will be automatically adjusted at check out. Should you miss a delivery, there will be a re-delivery charge to post it back to you.

Goods must be returned in the original packaging complete ‘AS NEW’

Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition (e.g if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

Unfortunately if you received item in Faulty condition, we will strive to resolve any issue.

You must notify us of your intention to return your purchase. When returning a item(s) please send a copy of the invoice and a quick note of the problem.

Goods received back complete as ‘NEW’ within above terms will be issued refund via same payment method and can take up to 5-7 working days to appear on your account.

Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We cannot accept these back under the above terms, and the goods will be sent back to you and the cost of delivery charged to the buyer.
