Payment
We currently accept most forms of payment. We do not handle transactions directly. If you have any issues with payment, please contact eBay customer service for help.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order and have not received shipping confirmation, please contact us for help. If the item has already been processed for shipping, we cannot cancel the order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please submit a return request within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund once the item has been returned.
Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping with all orders. Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Please keep track of your order and contact us if it does not arrive within the estimated delivery dates.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to countries that qualify under eBay’s Global Shipping Program. Please check listing for estimated shipping and import charges. Full and final charges will be available at checkout.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original, new & unused condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage excluding manufacturing defective items.
Returns must be initiated through eBay:
1. Log into your eBay account and click on “My eBay”
2. On the dropdown menu, click “Purchase History”
3. Find the item you wish to return, then click “Return this item”
Once the order has been shipped back:
1. Go to the return request in “My eBay”
2. Select the shipping carrier from dropdown list
3. Enter the tracking number
4. Select “Mark as sent”
The refund process may take up to 1-2 weeks after order has been returned. Returned products that are not in their original condition or packaging are subject to a minimum $5 restocking fee. Orders outside of the 30-day window are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Warranty
Incase Designs Corp. (“Incase”) takes great pride in the quality of its products and strives to provide consumers with an overall positive product experience. Incase stands behind its products with the following warranties:
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Only products sold specifically by the Official Incase eBay Store are covered by the warranty. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and failure to perform as intended
The warranty does not cover:
Incase products purchased through a third-party distributor or reseller or damage caused by using the product outside its intended use, mishandling, neglect, accident, tampering or unauthorized modification and alteration.
