This offer is for the rental of a 2-bedroom, ocean view, unit that sleeps up to 8 people at beautiful Wyndham Ocean Boulevard Resort in North Myrtle Beach, beginning Sunday, October 18 at 4:00 p.m. and ends on Sunday, October 25 at 10:00 a.m.
This fully furnished unit is in Tower 2, located right on the beach. It is situated a few short steps from Main Street in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. The unit is designer decorated with up-to-date colors and furnishings and offers an ocean-view balcony off the living room. Our family has had many wonderful vacations at this resort. The facilities are award-winning and the guest services excellent.
In addition to all the beach fun you can imagine, you can also take advantage of the resort’s indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) pools and hot tubs, as well as exercise rooms and planned activities. Or, play a round of golf on one of the many area courses.
Fine dining is readily available with over 1,000 restaurants to choose from, and exciting entertainment, amusement parks and shopping with over 2,000 shops and malls. All this, plus 60 miles of Grand Strand Beach to explore and enjoy.

Payment and Guest Confirmation (please read carefully):
Because of this unit’s limited-time availability, payment is required by PayPal within 24 hours after the auction ends to secure the reservation. At the time of payment the name of the guest (at least 21 years old) who will be checking-in, along with their phone number and physical and email addresses must be provided. This information must match the name and address on the photo ID to be presented at check-in. When I receive it, I will immediately notify Wyndham’s reservation department, to secure the required Guest Confirmation letter in that name and email it to them.
SPECIAL NOTE: PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE PAYPAL ACCOUNT ALREADY ESTABLISHED BEFORE YOU BID. BECAUSE THIS OFFER IS VERY TIME SENSITIVE, A DELAYED PAYMENT COULD JEOPARDIZE THE UNIT’S AVAILABILITY.
The Wyndham Confirmation will then be emailed directly to you (or to your guest, if not you). There will be NO OTHER FEES, TAXES OR SURCHARGES — the auction price is the total you will pay. In addition, you will NOT be required to attend a timeshare presentation when you purchase this vacation. Please send me an eBay message if you have any questions.
Cancellation and Changes:
This auction sale will be final and non-refundable. The reservation cannot be changed to a different date or site. Changing the name on the Guest Confirmation, once it is registered by the resort, will incur a substantial fee.
Directions:
When traveling on Hwy 17 in North Myrtle Beach, turn east on Main Street (toward the ocean). Take Main Street to Ocean Boulevard and turn right on Ocean Boulevard. Go approximately 4 blocks and turn left (into resort) just before 5th Avenue South and follow signs up the ramp to check-in. The physical address is 403 South Ocean Boulevard.
Summary of Special Resort Information:
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. Late check-outs will be assessed per hour charges to expedite the unit turnover process.
- This resort does not allow pets, RV’s, trailers, or boats on the property.
- Resort strictly enforces occupancy levels and check-out times.
- All guests are required at time of check-in to provide a Credit Card authorization for a security deposit (usually $150). This is to be used only in case you damage or make charges against the unit or violate restrictions. You will not be charged for any fees, taxes or other charges for your stay. The final bid price is the total price of your stay at the resort.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.
