Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and the expected arrival date is calculated and displayed on the Shipping and Payments tab above.
If you wish to return an item, it must be returned, in the condition it was shipped, brand new, unopened and unused with all the parts and original packaging. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned within 14 days of scanned delivery, in the same condition it was shipped, brand new in the package. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued less the shipping fees and less a 15% restocking fee. A refund will not be issued if all the parts and packaging are not returned or if the item is returned after 14 days from scanned receipt.
Most costumes tend to run small! Unless stated otherwise in the costume listing, the following are recommended measurements for costume size ranges. If you are uncertain of the size needed, PLEASE ASK PRIOR TO PURCHASING. Most children need the next size larger than their normal clothing size.
