“Ice Packs” can be purchased with bars but it will not guarantee that your wax will not melt if you leave it in the mail box. An Ice pack purchase upgrades your package to priority mail. I will keep it in the freezer till shipment. You are still responsible for tracking and getting your package out of the mail box quickly.” Ice packs can be purchase with bars to upgrade shipping not for single purchase.

Shipping, Labeling, Tracking & Wax Information:
Please make sure your address is correct. I will not change the address.
No P.O. Boxes. APO and FPO for Military is fine. If you live in a state that the weather is hot enough to melt the wax please be home to get your package indoors and place in the freezer.
When you purchase wax, you as the buyer understand that you are responsible for tracking your package and getting from the mail box quickly. If left in the mail box or on the porch in extreme heat for a long period of time it will melt.*
I am not responsible for melted wax.
*If you are not going to be home or have delivery issues please go to USPS.COM and sign in. Track your package and have the Post Office Hold it. You can pick it up at the post office.
RETURN POLICY: Contact Prior to Processing a return
If a package is returned you will not be refunded the cost of shipping, processing fees and a 20% restocking fee.
“Melted wax is not refundable or replaceable.”
Because you don’t like the scent is not refundable or replaceable.
No Returns once the product is used it is not refundable or replaceable.
