Custom Booking: You choose how many nights you would like to stay in a 1 bedroom resort (Mon-Thurs ONLY<\/span><\/span> & no holidays<\/span>). \n If you need a weekend stay, the rate is much higher, but you can ask me\n about it.  I also have 2 bedroom (sleeps 6 @ $159 per night) and a \nstudio (sleeps 2 @ $119) available.  Please check room availability by \nsending me a question with the dates you would like to stay and the room\n size.  Once I confirm availability, you may proceed to make the \npurchase. *Note: Each quantity is per a night stay.  ie: purchasing two \nmeans paying for a two night stay.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n

The\n winning bid is all you pay the seller.  <\/span>You need \nto have a major credit card to check in, but nothing will be charged to \nit unless you make long distance calls or charge something to your \nroom.  All Sales Are Final!  No Cancellations!  NO ownership \ntour or sales presentation is required during this stay.
