The sliding glass doors lead out to the pool terrace which is fully screened and fenced on both sides affording privacy whilst not obstructing the beautiful view to the rear of the conservation area. The lanai is oversized and compliments the outdoor experience complete with outdoor dining area, TV, pool and palm trees. The pool is south facing and comes complete with a spa. The pool was recently resurfaced with a fresh new look and new salt water system installed for a refreshing experience (smells and feels better).&nbsp; The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and DVD, with sliding glass doors leading to the pool terrace.&nbsp; It also features an ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, separate garden tub, and twin vanities.&nbsp; The second master bedroom has a TV, DVD player, queen size bed, and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, twin vanities, and a door leading to the pool area. The other 2 bedrooms are complete with 2 twin beds, TVs and DVDs each and share the hallway bath with over bath shower. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with all appliances, pots and pans, dishes and silverware etc. Towels and linens are also included as well as a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. We converted the garage into a game room, featuring pool table, air hockey, table-tennis (ping-pong) and dartboard.&nbsp; Free WiFi and Alexa.&nbsp; Conveniently located minutes from Interstate I-4 and all major attractions.&nbsp; Sleeps 2-8 people comfortably in the bedrooms with an option of an additional 2 on the pull out couch. High chairs, car seats, stroller and pack and play are also available for use.&nbsp; Pool\/Spa heat is available (see prices above and description of *pool heat below).<br \/><br \/>*Pool\/Spa Heat:&nbsp; The maximum setting for pool heat is 85 degrees F.&nbsp; Note that it can only heat the pool 10 degrees F above the outdoor ambient temperature.
