We work\nhard to process, pack, and ship orders as quickly as possible.  However, please allow 2-4 business days from\nthe time you make payment for your item to ship.  Cut-off time for our business day is 3:00p.m.\nEST, all items purchased after that time will be treated as if purchased on the\nnext business day.  We apologize but we\ncannot gift wrap any items or add special notes to the packages.  We include a packing slip with shipments.  If you request a ?gift packing slip? (shows\nno cost) we will do our best to make that happen but there are no guarantees.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

Please\ncheck for your expected receive date.  We\ncannot guarantee delivery dates and will not accept returns for late deliveries\noutside of our control.  We cannot email\nindividual tracking information.  You can\ntypically track your package through eBay.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

Shipping is\nFREE (unless otherwise noted) for all US Domestic shipments.  If you choose to ship by another method,\nshipping will not be free, and you will be responsible for paying the cost of\nshipping.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

Shipping is\ncalculated by eBay using USPS First Class Mail International Service.  If you need us to ship by another method,\nplease contact us by requesting an invoice before paying for your items.  We cannot ensure delivery and are not responsible\nfor any duties, taxes or other import charges. \nWe will complete all paperwork for the item to ship from the United States,\nbut we cannot guarantee what another country?s customs office does to the\npackage once it arrives or what they may require from the buyer.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

Returns:<\/span><\/b>\n<\/p>\n

You may\nreturn your item for a refund or exchange (if stock available) for items that\nare received broken or not as described. \nWe may require the return of the broken item or for you to email us a\npicture before we ship the replacement. \nReplacement items will be shipped free of charge in this instance.  Issues with the item not conforming to the description\nwill be determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.  Minor imperfections in the condition of the\nbox or in painting quality will not qualify. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n

If you need\nto return your item because you purchased the wrong item, no longer need the\nitem, you changed your mind, or for any other reason, we reserve the right to\nrefuse the return.  If a return is\npermitted, we must issue an authorization for the return.  You pay the cost to return the item, and we will\ncharge a 20% restocking fee.  Refunds\nwill not be made until the item has been returned and inspected and may take up\nto 2 weeks upon receipt.  All items must be\nreturned in original box.  Items cannot\nbe returned because they arrived later than needed or expected unless the delay\nwas due to our not shipping within 4 business days from time payment is\nmade.  Items that have been altered, are\nnot in their original boxes, or are not packaged properly for return will not\nbe refunded.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n
