Having had panic attacks myself for the last few years I have learned a few ways to try and shorten and deal with panic attacks when they arise. Below is an explanation of what a panic attack actually is, followed by a technique to help you deal with a sudden onset panic attack that comes out of nowhere, a technique to help you calm down when you think a panic attack may be coming, and some advice and preventing them before they start.
