Other Twitter users are reporting that their Instagram accounts were \u201chacked,\u201d with vulgar pics displayed, as well. Was it hacking or were their accounts phished? Perhaps they\u00a0either authorized an app to access their accounts or they entered their passwords somewhere that they shouldn\u2019t have.
