Just one problem: the relief site<\/a> is apparently down. One Twitter user says it hasn’t worked for days:<\/p>\n\n\n

Others used the tweet as an opportunity to vent about  the NYC Marathon, which many New York residents say should be canceled<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n
