injuries\u00a0 Falls and then you have chemical stress like\u00a0\u00a0 toxins or pesticides or pollutants or viruses or\u00a0 bacteria or hangovers or nutritional deficiencies\u00a0\u00a000:00:27<\/a>and then you have emotional stress right and\u00a0 emotional stress could be family tragedies\u00a0\u00a0 car accidents second mortgages single parenting\u00a0 401ks you know whatever that is but each one of\u00a0\u00a0 those things physical chemical or emotional knock\u00a0 the body out of homeostasis out of Regulation out\u00a0\u00a000:00:46<\/a>of balance the innate capacity of the body when\u00a0 it’s not overstressed is that it wants to always\u00a0\u00a0 return back and regulate it wants to return back\u00a0 to homeostasis it wants to return back to order\u00a0\u00a0 and that’s inate in us that’s an automatic\u00a0 process that’s running through the autonomic\u00a0\u00a000:01:03<\/a>nervous system so we could say the job of the\u00a0 autonomic nervous system is to create balance\u00a0\u00a0 and Regulation and homeostasis and it’s automatic\u00a0 and that part of the brain sits under the thinking\u00a0\u00a0 neocortex and it’s called the chemical brain\u00a0 or the emotional brain or the lyic brain or the\u00a0\u00a000:01:18<\/a>mamelon brain and it has all of those functions\u00a0 that make blood sugar balanced hormone levels\u00a0\u00a0 digestive enzymes it’s it’s it’s it’s doing\u00a0 what it can to take the body and constantly\u00a0\u00a0 repair it and regenerate it and move it back into\u00a0 balance all of those stressors knock the brain and\u00a0\u00a000:01:36<\/a>body out of balance and the innate mechanism the\u00a0 stress response brings it back to balance well it\u00a0\u00a0 just makes sense if you keep knocking it out of\u00a0 balance over and over again and you keep moving\u00a0\u00a0 it out of homeostasis that imbalance is going to\u00a0 become the new balance and now you’re headed for\u00a0\u00a000:01:52<\/a>disease because that autonomic automatic system\u00a0 can’t regulate order in the body so a system then\u00a0\u00a0 is compromised the system breaks down and so if\u00a0 it’s physical trauma you know your body can heal\u00a0\u00a0 if you rest it if it’s chemical imbalance you\u00a0 take your uh Pharmaceuticals or you take your\u00a0\u00a000:02:12<\/a>nutriceuticals your vitamins your minerals your\u00a0 herbs you intermittent fast you do anything you\u00a0\u00a0 can to get the body back so that it’s using more\u00a0 energy for growth and repair but the big factor\u00a0\u00a0 is emotional stress 75 to 90% of every person\u00a0 that walks into a Healthcare facility in the\u00a0\u00a000:02:31<\/a>Western World walks in because of psychological\u00a0 or emotional stress pretty much four out of\u00a0\u00a0 five people what’s really causing their health\u00a0 condition is that they’re emotionally stressed\u00a0\u00a0 and emotionally out of balance okay so what are\u00a0 the emotions that are connected to the stress\u00a0\u00a000:02:47<\/a>hormones it’s anger it’s hatred it’s frustration\u00a0 it’s competition it’s control it’s judgment it’s\u00a0\u00a0 Envy it’s jealousy it’s insecurity it’s fear it’s\u00a0 anxiety it’s worry it’s angst it’s uh hopelessness\u00a0\u00a0 it’s powerlessness it’s guilt it shame its\u00a0 unworthiness you know and psychology calls these\u00a0\u00a000:03:08<\/a>normal human States Of Consciousness these are\u00a0 Altered States Of Consciousness so our response\u00a0\u00a0 to someone or something in in our environment or\u00a0 our response to our own thought an image of what\u00a0\u00a0 could happen in the future a memory of the past\u00a0 could actually cause chemicals to be secreted\u00a0\u00a000:03:26<\/a>from the brain that causes the body to actually\u00a0 believe it’s living in that same environment of\u00a0\u00a0 fear or danger right so that thought when you’re\u00a0 seeing that thought in your mind or remembering\u00a0\u00a0 that image it’s the image and the emotion it’s\u00a0 the thought and the feeling it’s the stimulus and\u00a0\u00a000:03:45<\/a>response that’s immediately conditioning the body\u00a0 into that state of imbalance so it’s a scientific\u00a0\u00a0 fact that the long-term effects of the hormones of\u00a0 stress push the genetic buttons and create disease\u00a0\u00a0 if you can turn on that stress response just by\u00a0 thought alone your thoughts are literally going\u00a0\u00a000:04:01<\/a>to make you sick that’s the greatest example of\u00a0 the Mind Body Connection so the next fundamental\u00a0\u00a0 question is okay if our thoughts could make us\u00a0 sick is it possible that my thoughts could make\u00a0\u00a0 me well well if that’s the case then then I’m\u00a0 going to have to manage my attention and I’m\u00a0\u00a000:04:17<\/a>going to have to manage my energy because where I\u00a0 place my attention is where I place my energy and\u00a0\u00a0 I’m going to have to inhibit that thought that has\u00a0 conditioned the body to subconsciously be the mind\u00a0\u00a0 and the body is so objective that it does not know\u00a0 the difference between the real life experience\u00a0\u00a000:04:35<\/a>that’s creating that emotion and the emotion that\u00a0 person is fabricating by thought alone to the body\u00a0\u00a0 it’s exactly the same so the body’s believing\u00a0 it’s being chased by a predator the body is\u00a0\u00a0 believing it’s in an offensive situation where it\u00a0 has to attack the body’s believing it’s constantly\u00a0\u00a000:04:50<\/a>needing to be ready and it’s it’s constantly out\u00a0 of homeostasis is constantly out of balance it’s\u00a0\u00a0 in emergency it’s in fight ORF flight it’s a\u00a0 different system the autonomic nervous system\u00a0\u00a0 where you’re stepping on the gas where you’re\u00a0 you’re mobilizing enormous amounts of energy\u00a0\u00a000:05:04<\/a>for some threat some Danger real or imagined\u00a0 but that thought and that feeling the image the\u00a0\u00a0 emotion the stimulus response is conditioning the\u00a0 body to automatically be the mind of that emotion\u00a0\u00a0 now the body becomes conditioned and addicted\u00a0 now this gets to be a problem because people\u00a0\u00a000:05:20<\/a>get addicted to their own thoughts and they become\u00a0 addicted to the life they don’t even like because\u00a0\u00a0 the response to the coworker to the boss to the\u00a0 ex is actually giving them Rush of energy A Rush\u00a0\u00a0 of agine and they’re they’re associating that Rush\u00a0 of energy with some problem or condition in their\u00a0\u00a000:05:35<\/a>life and now come time to change and manage\u00a0 your attention and manage your emotion it’s\u00a0\u00a0 no different than Breaking addiction to anything\u00a0 there’s Cravings the body wants to return back to\u00a0\u00a0 how it’s been conditioned into the familiar past\u00a0 into the gnome the body starts saying to the mind\u00a0\u00a000:05:53<\/a>you can it’s too hard you’ll never change this\u00a0 is too uncomfortable I don’t like this go back\u00a0\u00a0 to make the same Choice do the same thing create\u00a0 the same experience feel the same emotion so you\u00a0\u00a0 can return back to the known and that’s how people\u00a0 seamlessly return back to that same identity so we\u00a0\u00a000:06:09<\/a>only accept believe and surrender to the thoughts\u00a0 that are equal to our emotional state we’ll never\u00a0\u00a0 accept believe and surrender any thoughts that are\u00a0 not equal to your emotional state so you could say\u00a0\u00a0 I’m abundant I’m Eternal I’ll live forever I’m\u00a0 healthy and wealthy and if you’re programmed your\u00a0\u00a000:06:26<\/a>body into that emotional state it’s going to say\u00a0 you you’re not that take a person whose identity\u00a0\u00a0 is resentment and their identity is anger and and\u00a0 frustration and betrayal and you ask them why are\u00a0\u00a0 you this way and they’ll say I’m this way because\u00a0 of this event that happened to me 15 years ago\u00a0\u00a000:06:44<\/a>strong are the emotion we feel from some event the\u00a0 more altered we feel inside of us the more that\u00a0\u00a0 chemical continuity is disrupted from something\u00a0 that surprises us that alters our state the more\u00a0\u00a0 the brain freezes a frame and takes a snapshot\u00a0 that’s called a memory but the problem is that we\u00a0\u00a000:06:58<\/a>think about that event over and over again after\u00a0 it happens we’re producing the same chemistry in\u00a0\u00a0 the brain and body as if the event was occurring\u00a0 and so the body is conditioned literally into\u00a0\u00a0 the past so you say a person’s resentful about\u00a0 everything they’re seeing their life through the\u00a0\u00a000:07:15<\/a>lens of resentment and frustration and anger\u00a0 and everything’s upsetting them well that’s a\u00a0\u00a0 self-fulfilling prophecy you say okay now it’s an\u00a0 addiction you got to change that and the person\u00a0\u00a0 goes oh okay that makes sense and now now you got\u00a0 to get out of the bleachers on the playing field\u00a0\u00a000:07:29<\/a>say okay these emotions could literally have\u00a0 something to do with my health just saying if\u00a0\u00a0 I stop feeling these emotions what if I start\u00a0 feeling these emotions okay what would be the\u00a0\u00a0 emotions that would make me happy these emotions\u00a0 are making me feel really bad the memories are\u00a0\u00a000:07:47<\/a>making me feel really bad can I remember a\u00a0 future how would I feel if my future could\u00a0\u00a0 happen I got to trade those emotions for different\u00a0 emotions well if I’ve been practicing feeling\u00a0\u00a0 these emotions and I’ve conditioned my body be the\u00a0 mind it’s going to take some time for me to start\u00a0\u00a000:08:03<\/a>making different chemistry with the intention of\u00a0 making that chemistry getting my body back into\u00a0\u00a0 homeostasis and balance work on my breath when I\u00a0 breathe I change my state practice breathing work\u00a0\u00a0 with your body so it can start to relax so that\u00a0 it feels safe enough to feel something other than\u00a0\u00a000:08:21<\/a>that again and if it takes you 3 weeks it would be\u00a0 worth it so then person then starts okay I really\u00a0\u00a0 know how to feel gratitude okay well maybe start\u00a0 going out and giving and give to people I promise\u00a0\u00a0 you start giving you start feeling grateful and\u00a0 then start practicing feeling gratitude teach\u00a0\u00a000:08:40<\/a>your body just for 15 minutes a day what it would\u00a0 like to feel gratitude what would be like and our\u00a0\u00a0 data shows that you take someone to do that\u00a0 for four days three times a day they make a\u00a0\u00a0 immunoglobulin called immunoglobulin a it’s your\u00a0 body’s natural flu shot it’s the greatest immune\u00a0\u00a000:08:59<\/a>chemical we have 50% increase in the subjects we\u00a0 studied in 4 days immunoglobulin went up 50% in 4\u00a0\u00a0 days where is that chemistry coming from they’re\u00a0 not taking anything it’s coming from within them\u00a0\u00a0 right what is the emotional signature of gratitude\u00a0 when you receive something or you just receive\u00a0\u00a000:09:18<\/a>something when something wonderful happened to\u00a0 you or something wonderful is happening to you\u00a0\u00a0 you feel grateful so now if you’re in a state\u00a0 of gratitude it makes total sense then you will\u00a0\u00a0 accept believe and surrender the thoughts that\u00a0 are equal to that emotional state and you could\u00a0\u00a000:09:32<\/a>actually program your autonomic nervous system\u00a0 to make the pharmacy of chemicals that causes\u00a0\u00a0 growth and repair to happen in the body and that’s\u00a0 exactly what we’re discovering so then when people\u00a0\u00a0 understand why they’re doing it the how gets\u00a0 easier so you can assign meaning to the task\u00a0\u00a000:09:47<\/a>and switch on the prefrontal cortex and when you\u00a0 switch on that prefrontal cortex it wants to get\u00a0\u00a0 an outcome it doesn’t want to mess around it wants\u00a0 the outcome you’re doing it for the outcome and\u00a0\u00a0 that’s kind of a strong intention and a change in\u00a0 energy or an emotional state and that’s changing\u00a0\u00a000:10:03<\/a>your state of being and when you change your state\u00a0 of being like that every day get ready
