Experiencing a panic attack can be very scary for some people. The good news is that there are ways to deal with your panic attacks. Enclosed is a list of techniques a person can use to manage their panic attacks.\r\n\r\nWhen experiencing a panic attack, a person should slow down and take a deep breath. After doing this, try to do something that will distract you from your current situation. A person could take a walk, read a book or do something that they like to do. This small break will distract you and give you some space from your stressful event.\r\n\r\nAnother way to manage your panic attacks is to find out what is causing your panic attacks. If you are not sure then talk to a counselor who can give you some reasons on what is causing this. Once you know the source of your panic attacks, they will become easier to manage.\r\n\r\n
