The Next Steps:
Upon successful payment of listed price:
- Please send us the name and address (as printed on a government issued photo ID) of the Guest who is to check in at the Resort, along with the home address, email address, and contact information for the Guest. The reservation will be placed in that name and a reservation confirmation also known as “Guest Confirmation Certificate” will be emailed within 3-5 business days.
- This confirmation letter that we email within 3-5 business days, is all you need for check-in purposes. Guest Certificate is NOT sent out in the UPS or USPS by mail. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox, before contacting us.
- The reservation can only be in one person’s name. Once the name has been assigned, it cannot be changed without an additional fee of $100. Any name change request must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date.
